Hey, the second promo was fantastic as was the actual Supergirl stuff in the first look. Give it a chance (I know you said 'so far' but if you didn't watch the second leaked promo it was great).

Seriously guys, Doom is what Batman would be if he were a villain. Imagine someone so intelligent, so cunning, has access to both Magick and Science!! Doom is the antithesis of Batman. So incredibly intelligent

Luthor has the recourses and money of an entire corporation, Doom has the recourses and money of an entire country. Doom has natural telepathic imunity due to will power. Doom is so cunning, he was able to steal the Beyonder's power while he was ripping Doom apart, and Doom became the most powerful being in the entire Marvel Universe. Doom would show Luthor what true intelligence is.

off topic: review for The Flash's first season from the AV Club (i guess they couldn't wait for the finale). It is pretty positive though it has some moments that make me angry. What do you think?

And for what it's worth yeah I'll give it an A+, it's been bloody amazing for me every week and it deserves it. No point having top marks if you don't give em out every so often.

its just the green lantern are space cops and so is hal jordan i want to see him in space fighting aliens and going to different planets and i don't think the cw or any network is right for green lantern. i feel as if gl should only be for the movies

If Disney didn't buy Marvel, Marvel would have gone bankrupt or more likely been purchased by Fox or Sony or some media-conglomerate we've never even heard of. Could have been better, but probably would have been way worse. The MCU would probably be much more X-Men and Fantastic Four-centric (if Fox had bought Marvel outright).
I think we'd still have the same level of interest in comic book movies as we do now. Remember, that was building up since the first X-Men and Spider-man movies and then the Dark Knight Trilogy. Someone would have filled the void if Disney hadn't.
The tone might be different, and we probably wouldn't have a bunch of fanboys insisting that comic book movies should follow the letter of the out-dated comic code that the industry spent so long fighting against and overcoming both artistically and commercially.
