4. Wayne Manor Hotel
Just as Disneyland offers visitors the opportunity to stay in themed hotels on-site, the natural and irresistible answer for a Batman theme park would be for the famously reclusive billionaire playboy to open his doors to guests to stay overnight in his mansion.
With all of those empty rooms, Wayne Manor could presumably offer enough rooms to fill the need for a hotel – along perhaps with Arkham Asylum, Waynetech Industries and other destinations across the park for visitors looking for other themed experiences.
What greater pleasure than being welcomed to the dining room by Alfred, or seeing the Bat symbol lit up across the night-sky from the windows of Bruce Wayne's own home?
And the experience wouldn't be restricted to the vicarious pleasure of staying in Batman's home. Incorporating the theatrical elements of the park and the characters, the ball-room could host a soiree hosted by Bruce Wayne himself, that could be invaded by some unwanted guests, as the evening's entertainment.
Every opportunity to immerse visitors and fans beyond their expectations, and to break down the traditional fourth wall boundaries that separate fan and fiction should be seen as the biggest selling point.
Not to mention the ability to go downstairs to check out the Batcave, where all of Batman's gadgets and profiles of his villains are kept...
