7. The Penguin’s Iceberg Lounge

Like Arkham Asylum, the Penguin’s iconic lair stands as one of the most enduring set-piece locations introduced in the wider Batman universe, and its integration into a theme park environment would make perfect sense.
With the theme park becoming an entertainment destination, and with the focus set on offering an experience that fills an entire day (or more) The Penguin’s opulent and debauched drinking hole could offer an immersive dining experience like few others, as well as floor shows on ice for the collected visitors.
The unfairly short-lived Batman Live offered a blue-print for the kind of stage show that could be integrated as part of the Lounge’s dining experience, as the set-pieces would allow the park to retain Batman’s air of mystery by only having the most famous part of the park appear only in fleeting glimpses at staged flashpoints around the park. This could also be the perfect place for Bruce Wayne to take his socialite girls.
That would surely be a more attractive prospect than having him wandering around posing for hugs and photographs with delighted patrons, no matter how fierce the consumer desire might be to that end.
