Maybe I am seeing things but it looks like batman laying on the ground behind bane as he throws his mask to the ground and they have a full body shot walking away. You have to look between his arm and body. Then again I am probably just looking for stuff now.

Ok so I think the first encouter is at city hall wich ends in a draw. The second encounter is in the batcave ( sewers) where bane found out bruce is the bats. Bane beats down batman, imprisons him. Bruce trains and escapes to win the third fight.

There's a clear sequence in all the trailers, catwoman leads batman to bane in that tunnel or under sewers, bane left batman seriously injured and catwoman regrets

I wonder if the Killer Croc will be in this movie? and Victor Zsasz? I know Zsasz was in the first one briefly. My hopes are high for an expansion of the Scarecrow's character. I would be cool if the Scarecrow uses his fear gas on Batman before a brawl with Bane. I heard Nolan wanted to make a horror movie, and I believe the Scarecrow could allow that in the Batman movies. Plus, I felt like they lightly tapped the Scarecrow's potential.

I told myself no more, that I could wait one month with no news so anticipation would be at an all time high for myself for this film, and I lasted the whole day after seeing that this was out this morning but I finally cracked after reading some comments and boy was it worth it. Bane is such a bad, bade dude and I can't wait till people have their minds blown (in IMAX!) by Tom Hardy's performance. Cannot wait for this film, definitely the best trailer I've seen so far

I have really enjoyed all the TV spots and trailers. I don't think it has given away any spoilers BUT I do think now more than ever that Bruce Wayne/Batman dies in this movie. I would be totally shocked if it doesn't happen. I mean everything is pointing towards the fate of Batman. I think Wayne is captured before the sewer scene which after that he gives the cowl to JGL. JGL will become Batman in TDKR. I would like to get some opinions on this. Every article from comicbook.com and other websites feel that Batman will perish in TDKR. Bale saying he would do a 4th is all planned so that everyone thinks he makes it out alive. BATMAN WILL DIE!!!

0 likesNow I have some doubts, but even if JGL doesn't take over for Bruce, I'm pretty sure Batman won't die. I just don't know for sure how else it could END. Either someone takes his place or Bruce dies and Bane WINS. The one thing we've never seen yet in a Batman movie is see the villain WIN and Bruce die. However, a main theme for this movie is redemption. I heard some people say the movie will end that Bruce defeats Bane similar to the way he does in the comics and visits his parents' grave, something he hasn't done since he didn't go to their funeral. That tells that he overcame fear and saved Gotham, but not without going through pain and suffering. I know there is far more plot we don't know of yet such as why are there characters like John Blake, Selina Kyle, Miranda Tate, and what really happened to Scarecrow and the Joker. We'll just have to wait and see...

This movie is gonna suck arse! The Dark Knight, the one before was so poorly made and so unbelievable. And Chris Nolan is all about realism?! PFFT. If Batman is a vampire, why doesn't he just transform into a bat instead of just dressing up as one. And clowns are supposed to be scary, the Joker was NOT scary. And that Harvey Dent guy, why was half his body burnt?? He fell on the ground, surely he would have just burnt his arm or something but half his freaking body got set alight. And why are they using Hanibal Lecter in this one? Recycled, much? I'm so over the 'Silence of the Lambs' movies. X-Men were he best "superhero" movies, at least that blue chick transformed, she didn't just play dress-ups!

I think ALL OF YOU ARE THE IDIOTS for worshiping Nolan when all he has done is rehashed an iconic film villain such as Hanibal Lecter and all the while, managing to shit on those great film (seen one time too many) by pitting him against a fucking va,pire in some absurdly fantastical stupid ass fantasy romp that no doubr will go to earn big bucks ALL BECAUSE Heath Ledger won an oscar for portraying a fucking clown. thats like telling an artist who painted the mona lisa thats its bull**** Nolan took all his time, read almost every comic on batman,darfted wrote the scrip thinking of so many ways how the story would go or how would it end or begin also goyer was apart of it too, they both wanted to do a batman movie cause they had that ideal that passion to create a hero thats just like us from a famous comic that bob kane created has been there for years and years, nolan wanted to bring it to life show everyone that this is my passion the art film bringing a hero to life. Its very rare to get a director to love a comic book hero love it so much envision it real to go deep into the story make it almost real. Rise my ass if you think its so awful batman movies that nolan makes try getting 250 million dollars from a studio to give you a greenlight with a scrip and make your movie own batman the way you want it since you seem to know what movie art is.

Chris Nolan's comment about A Tale Of Two Cities (which is about the French Revolution) being a great influence on the film.
John Blake may possibly play a role similar to Ellen Yindel from The Dark Knight Returns:
Ellen Yindel, James Gordon's successor as Commissioner. A captain in the Gotham City Police Department,
she starts off as Batman's fiercest critic, but doubts herself after
the Joker debacle (part 3, see plot above) and comes to terms with his
involvement, realizing that he is 'too big' for her to judge. (Wikipedia)
This is very likely seeing how in the first trailer, an officer remarks when talking about Gordon: "The Mayor's gonna dump him... He's a war hero, now is peace time!"
