on Gal Gadot posts workout photo as 'Wonder Woman 2' filming is about to begin

Wonder Woman 2 is scheduled to start filming this month, and star Gal Gadot is putting the finishing touches on getting back into superhero shape.

Gadot shared a photo of herself in the weight room this morning with her personal trainer Magnus Lygdback. "Sunday morning session," she captioned the photo.

Wonder Woman 2 will be filming in the Washington D.C. area later this month. A "WW84" logo was released the other day, strongly hinting that the official title will be Wonder Woman 1984. Director Patty Jenkins confirmed in April that the movie takes place in the 1980s.

Wish i could work out with her or hell just watch her work out haha. Seriously though i'm really looking forward to WW84, hopefully at Comic Con this year we can get a picture or just some art of what Cheetah will look like in the film.

WW84 is still a year and a half away. I honestly doubt we'll get anything on it.

You'll have to admit there's not been a lot of DCEU related news lately. I take it WB has learnt from all the awful and sometimes unsubstantiated leaks and rumors surrounding previous films that helped to sink them. As far as I see it, no news is good news. Zack Snyder posting stuff headlines is much better than "Ben Affeck might be calling it quits" again.

    2. jrvc Avatar
      jrvc

sigh... this is just becoming tiresome. Take a look at the main page, you'll see there are more articles related to everyhing else but Snyder. There are always more articles about other topics than Snyder. And again, if you don't like those articles, don't click on those, easy as that.

But of course, whom am I kidding? If people can't even stop mentioning him when the article isn't even about him... I swear people who claim that they don't like him are more fixated with him than his own fans! Are they just maskerading their fandom or what?

First, your definition of great legs are nowhere near the definition of mine, these are great legs https://uploads.disquscdn.c... and what WW should look like. Second, we don’t even see 80% of her legs in her costume. They covered her skinny calves in fact they covered everything from her feet to above her knees and you get about five inches of actual leg with her squirt. They did a good job covering it up.

What's the point ? She was skinny even after the workout for WW 1 and they better don't waste money on this thing because she's gonna wear her costume and not a lot of thing is gonna be shown except her legs which are fine already

Checking IMDb for an updated list of the cast. Yep! Still only four actors listed, for a sequel that should've had every A-list actress and quite a bit of A-list actors, offering to be in it for free! I'm not angry or frustrated at all by this. It's ALL good. https://uploads.disquscdn.c...

That's because she was still doing a lot of modeling back then. She *was* very skinny! But she hit the gym and definitely put on some muscle for BvS, and of course WW. https://pbs.twimg.com/media...

It always seemed a bit silly to me because most superhero actors end up having to do intense workouts to put on the muscle before the films anyway. Very few actors are naturally that ripped all the time.

I'm really looking forward to this movie. I hope it takes what worked in the first and improves on what didnt. I hope we get a better showcase of Diana's power's as we havent really seen her go all out and use everything. Just like Supes has yet to fully showcase all of his powers in the DCEU, in a useful way.

Which in itself is going to be jarring. She posed little to no threat to Steppenwolf, who she fought in modern times. I assume she is even more powerful now than in the 80s but her 2nd film will probably make it look the opposite way around.
