   Outside of Deadshot and Harley, the soundtrack was the only good thing about this movie, yet they still managed to mess it up by making it sound like a music video.....or a "radio station."

         Lol....well, I agree the trailer was great. I'm hoping Wonder Woman does not turn out like that because the trailer was awesome.

   Wow. That's really fascinating.

   The Guardians of the Galaxy soundtrack was nominated for ONE Grammy (Best Compilation Soundtrack for Visual Media). I was under the impression that Suicide Squad was re-imagined by Warner Bros to more closely resemble GotG.

   Edit: I see now that there are originals attached to those nominations.

   I have a feeling that "Best song written for visual media" is going to go to Peter Gabriel. It's Peter Gabriel, and he wrote it for Snowden. I don't know if the Grammy voters are as politically minded as the Oscar voters tend to be, but it wouldn't surprise me.

   cool soundtrack. Not so cool movie. And the fact that they felt the need to play a song every 2 minutes just got annoying.

       You may not be aware of this, but the Grammys are the USA's major music awards. The edit, story, or anything else to do with the overall content of the film has no bearing on these; they're strictly for the original music pieces and songs, judged as music.

    I'll be honest: I liked the way they handled the music in the movie. It was like they were making the Miami Vice of comic book films, and that's a very good thing, at least to me.

    The soundtrack to me was terrible, far too literal and corny, and didn't compliment the movie. Heathens was good the first 50 times I heard it on the radio. Looks like TOP is dragging this movie kicking and screaming to the grammys.
