It's the last issue of this miniseries, and the Titans are gearing up to face their greatest foe yet: themselves! Can Robin pull the team together in time to stop the Terror Titans and save the future of superhero-dom as we know it? Let's dive in and find out!

When there's trouble...
This was a really solid issue. In fact, a lot of my problems with it come from not being able to say anything about it that I haven't already said about another issue! I'll do my best, though. I'm nothing if not persistent.
The one thing I really want to harp on is the sheer love and care that Mark Waid seems to be putting into these World's Finest books. Though the plots vary a bit in quality or pacing, there's a real sense of the appreciation that Waid has for these characters. Every single one of them is treated with a level of respect that many of them haven't seen in decades. It's truly an impressive feat, and one of the many reasons Waid is one of my favorite writers at DC right now. This is compounded further with the fact that, while Waid seems enthralled with and fond of the Silver Age-esque "classic" interpretations of these characters, he's not afraid to modernize them and make them his own.

Kids.
All of this to say, Waid continues to impress, even in the category of repurposed villains! Haywire and his Terror Titans are an insanely fun group to watch butt heads with the Teen Titans. They're charismatic, distinct, and have designs that are actually fun to look at.
Speaking of, Waid isn't the only one doing great work here. Emanuela Lupacchino and Jordie Bellaire return as a modern dream team, yes, but Mike Norton also lends his talents to this issue, and it's absolutely incredible. Lupacchino's art style is such a great fit for this book, and to see it replicated so effortlessly, to the point where I initially didn't realize there were multiple artists, is mind-blowing. It's a real feat to see art kept so consistent across multiple artists, and Lupacchino and Norton absolutely knock it out of the park.

I really do love these designs. They're so fresh and fun! Look at Ant!! Incredible!
Jordie Bellaire is also firing on all cylinders, as per usual. She's been one of my favorite colorists in the game for years now, and her work ALWAYS serves to enhance the art. Seriously, I don't think I've ever seen her miss. Ever.
Recommended if...
- You're looking for a good book out of DC these days.
- Teen Titans media is your favorite!
- Fab Five content! (And Bumblebee!)
Overall
I've really loved covering this little series. I hope we get to see more Titans stories from Waid. Maybe The Judas Contract or something. Now that I mention it, Lupacchino's take on a Discowing suit wouldn't be unwelcome, either...
Score: 8/10
