Rumor: Lady Gaga turned down a 'Birds of Prey' role

With Margot Robbie hoping that Birds of Prey starts shooting by January, casting news will be coming out very soon. And according to a new rumor, Warner Bros. is apparently already offering roles to actors.

Scooper @DanielRPK says that Lady Gaga was offered the role of Huntress or Black Canary in Birds of Prey three months ago, but turned it down.

The main female cast members in Birds of Prey will be Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn, Black Canary, Huntress, Cassandra Cain, and detective Renee Montoya. Black Mask will be the villain.

      You want to know something no DCEU film has done? Never topped a billion at the box office, MCU has 6 films what have that and i can assure you Marvel would have millions watching their films and bringing in the money then one Oscar for make up.

      Those films don't have critical success (actually FaF does but i digress) but the MCU does along with all that money and love from both fans and audiences. The DCEU WW aside is mainly loved by teens and people who say they love DC but only the films and at a push the Animated stuff, they won't dare touch the comics though because people like myself who the read them tend to not like the DCEU stuff what isn't WW and at a push MoS (what i love). Face it dude give up trolling i've destroyed your comments and the fact you think you know what i like is pretty funny because i comment on here all the time and never see you on here and if you did comment and visit here often you would see i love DC and am a massive fan.

    He’s right. The new sleeves for the home discs do say “four consecutive weeks selling at number one on Home Media.” The marketing is ingenious.
    And I can’t tell you how many people at my weekly sewing circle noted to having zero interest in Suicide Squad until it won an Oscar. That’s why the Shape of Water & Life of Pi have been so successful; the awards.

      If a film winning best make up causes people to watch that film then that's pretty shallow on their part, honestly that sounds made up but whatever. End of the day though all that means jackshit when Marvel are getting all the money and critical and fan acclaim and that's the point.
      Those sales may sound great but i work at a film retail store what does trade in's and a lot of people who got the film usually traded it in not long after failing to get a return and refund because they didn't like it. I got the film myself as i buy all the DC films despite really not liking it and i know a few people who missed it at the cinema who got it on DVD but didn't like it.
      I assure you giving the choice between the great critical/fan acclaim and the 2 billion Infinity War made or an Oscar for best make up and 4 weeks of good retail sales Disney/Marvel would choose the 2 billion and critical/fan acclaim and so would anyone with a brain cell. If Marvel ever get an Oscar for something like that i highly doubt they or fans would be shouting about it like the DCEU fanboys are and that's the because they don't need one and have achieved much greater and more important feats.

      I generally only watch the films that interest me; critics, Rotten Tomatoes, fan forums, awards be damned.
      I haven’t watched all of Suicide Squad or Justice League (I’ve probably seen about 60% of each from YouTube clips). I can’t comment on the movies beyond they aren’t for me. I watched BvS through Netflix once and knew it wasn’t for me (Best Buy had the ultimate edition on blu-ray for $6 last Black Friday...I couldn’t justify the cost to get a copy). Propping up an Oscar win for make-up or number of weeks the Home media was number one is like me propping up Brady for throwing over 500 yards in the last Super Bowl. It means dick, my team still lost the game.

      Neither the Transformers, The Fast and the Furious or the Mediocre Comedic Universe franchise, has been able to replicate what BvS has done.
      As stated in the Home Media Magazine excerpt:

      That means,
