Last April, Warner Bros. held a special IMAX event to premiere the very first trailer for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Fans who attended that event were asked to submit their email address in exchange for a free ticket to see the movie early at that same IMAX theater. The question I've constantly got over the last couple of months is "when will I get my free IMAX tickets to see Batman v Superman?". The answer? Tonight!
Emails have started to go out, and I just received my ticket for an IMAX showing of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice on Monday, March 21st. It reads as follows:
You Are Invited to the IMAX Fan Screening of BATMAN v SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE
As our thank you for attending the BATMAN v SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE trailer event last April we are providing you with the opportunity to attend a BATMAN v SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE IMAX FAN SCREENING.
There's then a unique code and link you'll need to follow in order to redeem your ticket. If you don't see it, it's possible that these emails are slowing rolling out over the next few days, so keep checking! You may want to check your spam folder too.

our place here in the phils is a 6 hours drive to watch it on Imax 2 hours for 2d/3d, dont care if its not Imax as long as i can watch the movie. We still have to wait for the opening day to purchase our ticket on a first come first serve basis. So excited with this one.

Everyone who is supposed to get one and hasn't seen it yet, if you're using Gmail check your "Updates" folder. That's where Gmail puts it (or at least they did for me) and it doesn't usually set off phone notifications. It's coming from Warner Bros. Pictures, not wbtickets.com.

Did you go to the Northpark Theater in Dallas for the screening last April? That's the one I went to and my brother got his ticket but I still haven't got mine. :( Dude it makes me so upset and sad I have been waiting forever for this ticket! Does anyone know who I need to talk to or contact in order to prove I was there and get my ticket finally? I still have my teaser pass in my e-mail inbox luckily. If someone can help me that would be AWESOME!

Got my IMAX ticket for the 25th, local multiplex on 26th and 27th.
But that's because the first day is over. Now it's the second day. So for the frst day they finished off at a whoppng 60%.

It certainly should. The pre-ticket sales are second only to Star Wars, I believe. And the current March Opening Weekend champ is The Hunger Games, with 150 million and was released in the exact same weekend. It should pass it, given the hype and the iconic level of the characters in it.

I got a response back from WB and they said that each ticket can only be redeemed at the theatre in which they saw the trailer at...so unfortunately it looks like I am out of luck
