Last April, Warner Bros. held a special IMAX event to premiere the very first trailer for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Fans who attended that event were asked to submit their email address in exchange for a free ticket to see the movie early at that same IMAX theater. The question I've constantly got over the last couple of months is "when will I get my free IMAX tickets to see Batman v Superman?". The answer? Tonight!
Emails have started to go out, and I just received my ticket for an IMAX showing of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice on Monday, March 21st. It reads as follows:
You Are Invited to the IMAX Fan Screening of BATMAN v SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE
As our thank you for attending the BATMAN v SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE trailer event last April we are providing you with the opportunity to attend a BATMAN v SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE IMAX FAN SCREENING.
There's then a unique code and link you'll need to follow in order to redeem your ticket. If you don't see it, it's possible that these emails are slowing rolling out over the next few days, so keep checking! You may want to check your spam folder too.

Agree. Also, they could add an extra letter to my email because it has a purposeful misspelling in it. I'm scared they'll think they need to correct it.

the only thing is they have to follow you for you to dm them. they were following people earlier so i assume they will be back on later for the folks who didn't receive theres. I'm probably just going to check back in in the morning. i would send them a tweet though. thats what i did.

I feel bad but I don't think I'm going to go to the screening :/. I've been thinking a lot about this. But I love experiencing movies with my friends for the first time. Also I was the only one that went to the screening so I was the only one out of my group of friends to get it. I wish I could give it to someone but they said the tickets are non-transferable and they'll check IDs....

Lol it won't pass Star Wars. I'm not saying that to be mean or anything. Star Wars is just a whole other monster is all. It has passed Avenger's Age of Ultron and Jurassic World tho and I'm content with that since those two had rather large Opening weekends.

There is your confidence internet. The studio would not show fans this film 4 days early if they did not have confidence in it. They could have easily pulled out of this promotion. And they didn't.

This is freaking good news. I was under impression they would see it March 18th. It would be rather weird to show to fans before the premiere which is March 20th. I'm happy for the people that got the tickets, but it would be hell trying to stay away from the Internet for 6 days because of spoilers. They see it on 21st and I see it just 3 days later on 24th. Congrats to those who got the tickets though! We're in the last month now!!

I actually got mine! If you're using Gmail it seems to stick the invite in "Updates". It comes from Warner Bros. Pictures, not wbtickets (which is where the passes themselves will come from).
We're all set now, let's just wait for March 21st and release the hype that has been accumulated since that announcement in Comic Con 2013.

Got mine!!! I almost sprained my ankle jumping up and down celebrating! Took me a second to catch my breath too. Excitement level over 9000. I guess this means I'll be seeing it 4 times in the same week (Mon, Thurs, Fri, and Sat) all in IMAX or 70mm

I saw this posted on FB but was at rehearsals away from my computer. That final hour before I could leave to go home was the longest hour ever! Ha ha! Downloaded my ticket!!! Now, I'm so used to reserved seating these days, I'm gonna have to deal with getting there maybe a couple of hours early to stand in line for a good seat. (I think I'll manage just fine tho'.) Woo hoo!
