It's been a big week for The Dark Knight Rises! Last Thursday the press got an early look at the prologue, and fans will be able to see it themselves at select IMAX theaters this week. But those who only have regular movie theaters will be treated to The Dark Knight Rises trailer #2. As Batman-News.com reported back in November, the full trailer will debut with Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows on December 16th. IMAX has also confirmed via Twitter that the trailer will play in front of digital IMAX showings of Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol. Bootlegged copies will probably leak online this week, but I'll post it in all its HD glory when it's officially released online (probably on Monday, December 19th). The trailer is 2 minutes and 3 seconds long, which is just 2 seconds shy of The Dark Knight's first full trailer. Take a look at it after the break to get a better idea of what we can expect to see when The Dark Knight Rises trailer #2 debuts in just a few days.

this saturday im gonna see the second film of sherlock holmes but i will see and the second trailer of dark knight rises. Maybe will post on internet in friday.

Even if the story takes place 8 years later TDK, I want to know WHERE IS THE JOKER because arnarchy in Gotham without him playing around with "gazoline or a few bullets" is going to be very strange... Unless they say he's dead in prison which is impossible because you cant' kill the most legendary vilain of Batman's universe !!... What do you think ???

I would like to see in the prison riot, Bane personally goes and looks for prisoners who he deems fit enough to join him. He approaches a maximum security cell, looks in, and all we hear is the Joker's laughter. He turns and just walks away from it, saying that it would just be too chaotic with him on the streets, or something around that line....

0 likesI've already listen to it... Bane's voice it's CREEPY! He sounds like Vader... sounds like that he's in some sort of pain/having trouble breathing, very menacing! I didn't find it THAT difficult to understand.

A thing that has been on my mind more and more: what if nolan pulls a "phantom" on us? Remember, the purple guy who is supposed to be immortal but actually he is a normal dude that gets replaced once he dies? Well, he pulled a similar thing in Begins with Ras ("is Ras al ghul inmortal?are his means supernatural?") PLUS in the dark knight returns, he sort of "passes the mantle" to robin... and given that this is an 8 yrs-later, "older batman" "Bruce finally moves beyond pain" batman... what if by the end of the movie Bruce retires to live a happy life BUT someone else fills for batman and every gothamite belies that this "new" batman is the same batman as before, effectively pulling a "phantom" on all of us??I doubt we'll actually see this new batman (i.e. i doubt that bruce will pass the mantle on and the last 30 mins we see JGL in the bat suit or anything like that...) but maybe it gets hinted at... dunnno...

What's very interesting is that on the home page image this "face" is by Bane's head and in the Official Poster it's between the E and G. I can't see any other element that's out of place between the two versions of the poster. I think it was done intentionally. Some might this it's Ra's face but who's to say that's not the Joker's face?

OUTSIDE PLANE IN MIDDLE OF NO WHERE CIA: Dr. Pavel, I'm CIA. Militia: He wasn't alone. CIA: You don't get to bring friends! Dr. Pavel: Their not my friends. Militia: Don't worry, I'll vouch for them. CIA: Aaannnddd why would I want them? Militia: They were trying to grab your prize! They work for the mercenary. The masked man.. CIA: Bane?! ...... Get them on board, I'll call it in INSIDE PLANE CIA: The flight plane I just filed with the agency list me, my men, Dr. Pavel here. BUT ONLY ONEEEE OF YOU! PLANE DOOR OPENS CIA: FIRST ONE TO TALK, GETS TO STAY ON MY AIRCRAFT! CIA: WHO PAID YOU TO GRAB DR. PAVEL? (No answer, gun fire past head out open door) HE DIDN'T FLY SO WELL! BANE HOOKS THE DR UP TO A HARNESS, ONE OF THE MEN THAT WAS BROUGHT ON THE PLANE WITH BANE BEGINS TO HOOK UP TO ANOTHER HARNESS. BANE: NO (Puts his arm on mans shoulder) They expect one of us in the wreckage brother! FOLLOWER: We started a fire? BANE: The Fire rises! DR. PAVEL IS SCREAMING BANE: Calm down Dr. Now's not the time for fear. That comes later! BANE PRESSES DOWN ON A TRIGGER SWITCH AND THE PLANE FALLS FROM AROUND THEM AND THEY ARE BEING PULLED BY THE CARGO PLANE.

Anyway, when charlize theron talks to the mirror and the mirror figure speaks back to her, I thought at that moment "that is what Bane needs to sound like" and from the shitty audio that I just heard, that's pretty close to what he does sound like.
