Could a The Penguin season 2 still be happening? According to executives for season 1, "quiet conversations" are happening.
As the Golden Globes took place on Sunday night, the cast and crew of The Penguin was out in force. This, of course, led to questions about the potential for a season 2.
Dylan Clark, one of the executive producers on the series, told TV Line, "If we could come up with an idea for what a second season might be, there’s a chance that [HBO CEO] Casey Bloys and the HBO team would want to pursue that. There have been quiet conversations about that."

Considering the critical and ratings hit the series was for HBO, a second season seems inevitable. With The Batman: Part II due to begin production in 2025, however, it feels as though it will be some time before Oz Cobb returns to our TV screens.
