DC Studios co-chair James Gunn has gone deep into things that are happening with the DCU in a new interview.

Appearing on Happy Sad Confusedin support of Creature Commandos, Gunn went deeper into what is happening with the DCU than we've seen in most interviews.

Gunn covers a wide range of topics in this interview, including status updates on multiple projects. He even includes that a project has been greenlit that can't be discussed as of yet.

There are multiple tidbits throughout the 48 minute runtime of the interview – including the time he was mistaken for Zack Snyder – and it's worth checking out.

Creature Commandos debuted on Max on Dec. 5, and Superman will hit theaters on July 11, 2025.
