Eve Ridley has landed the role of Ruthye Mary Knolle in the upcoming Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow from DC Studios.
According to Deadline, Ridley (3 Body Problem) has landed the role. While it is not yet known if the film will follow the comic series of the same name exactly, but she will be playing Ruthye Mary Knolle. In the comic series, she is the young alien girl who's father if killed by the story's villain, which leads to Supergirl being drawn into the story.
Milly Alcock has been cast as Supergirl, and Matthias Schoenaerts as the villain. Craig Gillespie will be directing.
The film is scheduled to hit theaters on June 26, 2026, just under a year after Superman hits on July 11, 2025. Filming on Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow is expected to kick off in early 2025.
