When The Batman hits theaters again in August, an all-new popcorn bucket and collectible cup will also be released.
The Batman is heading back to theaters on Aug. 28 to get everyone ready for the debut of The Penguin on HBO on Sept. 19. Other than having another chance to catch the film on the big screen, you'll also have an opportunity to pick up a unique popcorn bucket and cup.
Popcorn buckets have been exploding in popularity over the past year or so, with the likes of the Dune Part II Sandworm bucket becoming a viral hit. Now The Batman will be joining in the fad with a working Bat-Signal bucket.
AMC Theaters will have a Bat-Signal popcorn bucket available on Aug. 28 that will sell for $34.99. A new collectible cup of the Batmobile will also be available for $11.99, but a combo can be purchased for $44.99.
"On Aug. 28, as the world celebrates Batman’s 85th anniversary, AMC Theatre’s Batman 85th Popcorn Collectible Concession Vessel (CCV) beckons the Caped Crusader with a near prop quality 85-ounce light-up Bat Signal popcorn bucket (comes with a large popcorn for $34.99+tax) — and a 32-ounce lenticular (the images morph and move) drink cup with lid that comes with a large drink for $11.99+tax, while supplies last. Guests can bundle them together for $44.99+tax. Select AMC Theatres will be showing 2022’s 'The Batman' in Dolby Cinema at AMC, as well as a sneak peek of the HBO® Original series 'The Penguin.'"
Popcorn buckets sell out quickly, so if you're looking to obtain one we would recommend getting to your theater early.
