The Rataalada website has been revived and has begun promoting the upcoming The Penguin TV series on HBO.

Before the release of The Batman, a mysterious website named rataalada.com popped up with cryptic taunts for the city of Gotham. Following the events of the film, the domain was 'seized' by the Gotham City Police Dept.

On Tuesday, July 23, the site seems to have been taken back by some hackers. Following a video of some code flying by, a conversation between hackers takes place.

There are two links in the conversation. The first, with the latitude and longitude, takes you to Google Maps and shows you the location of Hall H at the San Diego Convention Center.

The second link takes you to a ticketing page for tickets to gain access to the "Iceberg Lounge Experience" in San Diego. As of the time of this post, all tickets have been claimed.

The Penguin panel at San Diego Comic-Con will take place at 4:45pm PT on Saturday, July 27 in Hall H.

The Penguin will debut on HBO in September.
