It looks as though things are progressing on Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow as talks are reportedly happening for a director.

According to a new report from Deadline, Craig Gillespie (I, Tonya, Cruella) is in talks to take on the Supergirl film. Ana Nogueira is handling the scripting, and Milly Alcock has been cast in the role and will make her debut in Superman.

The plans are said to be to start shooting in the fourth quarter of the year when Gunn has wrapped on his Superman film.
