In collaboration with DC, The Folio Society, an independent hardback book publisher, will celebrate the 85th anniversary of the first comic book appearance of Batman with the release of DC: Batman! This collectible compilation includes a total of twelve classic comics from of iconic creators such as Bill Finger, Bob Kane, Jerry Robinson, Denny O'Neil, Neal Adams, Marshall Rogers, Frank Miller, Dave Mazzucchelli, Alan Moore, Brian Bolland and Kelley Jones—all selected and introduced by Jennette Kahn, former President, Publisher, and Editor-in-Chief of DC Comics. Additionally, DC: Batman also comes with a replica of Batman #1, including the original back-up strips and vintage ads.

DC: Batman is the second release in the Folio Society publishing program with DC, following the acclaimed DC: The Golden Age. Moreover, DC: Batman is produced in 10” x 7” treasury format and features an anti-scratch laminated hardcover with Batman’s signature silhouette,  foil-embossed titles in yellow and midnight blue, and comes encased in a pitch-black slipcase bearing a Bat-Signal.
