Welcome back to Upcoming Comics! It's a short one this week, as we only have three titles and one of them is just the latest event. Could you imagine if DC had less than 28 events a year? There might be a few days without a long list of bat titles coming out, and I'd be out of the job! So remember, folks: do it for your local comic reviewer. Keep buying as many mega-events and Batman comics as humanly possible. Buy multiple copies if you can. I have a dozen kids to feed and at least half of them are in wheelchairs.

Thoughts: I started out this event saying I was modestly impressed, but that enthusiasm is quickly waning. Being reminded that Waller is yet again behind everything certainly doesn't help.

Sometimes you need more than floppies. Sometimes you want something that can sit nicely on your shelf that proudly displays your favorite stories. That’s when you turn to graphic novels. Let’s see what bat collections are coming out this week:
Ratings
Most Excited: Batman and Robin #5- I know that Williamson can write a good Damian story, so hopefully this title will turn around for me.
Least Excited: Outsiders #3- There's little that this title offers that seems appealing at the moment. I like that Kate and Luke have a home again, but this feels like a bad fit.
Wild Card: Titans: Beast World #4- For an event, it could be a lot worse.
