Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League trailer shows off boss fights

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has received a new trailer that also gives us a brief glimpse at the preorder bonus.

During the Video Game Awards on Thursday night, a new Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League trailer was released. This time around we see a few of the boss fights with the likes of Batman, Green Lantern, the Flash, and Superman. It looks as though the Squad will have their work cut out for them.

Additionally, the trailer showed off a brief look at the preorder bonus of the classic outfits you'll receive in the game.

The game will release on both PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.

Trailer looks good, but I'm not entirely sold on it. Anyway, I know I'll eventually play it, as it is the last time we'll hear Conroy's Batman and also for its Arkhamverse connection

It looks basically the same as the Avengers game,
only with less endearing main characters, and less variety in the environment and enemies.

Maybe it's best to just watch the story cutscenes on youtube because the gameplay and mechanics will probably feel like a grindy chore.

They also announced an "offline mode" that will be patched into the game in the future. Kind of funny that you need an internet connection to download a offline only mode but at least they listened to fan criticism.

I doubt it's going to make the game much better,
since it was designed primarily for online co-op, any offline mode would probably be poorly optimized (either bots, or just general feeling of gameplay more geared toward co-op play)

Honestly that was one of my main gripes. The always online.i fear this may be a case of too little too late with a majority of people. Although some people who played the closed Alpha said they enjoyed it a lot

  I played it. Mechanics were solid, as was the writing. Deadshot was my favorite, followed by HQ. I do have concerns with repetition setting in, especially in single-player.

What's the point of playing as a bad guy if you're being the good guy?
GTA does it amazingly, be a bad guy. plain and simple. I'm sick of villains saving the world. villains should be villains

I really just fundamentally despise this premise... KILLING the JL? How is that supposed to be something you WANNA do??? Turning all of your beloved heroes into killers, especially Batman (not to mention it's the Arkham version AND Conroy's last outing as the character)... such freaking disrespect man.

Really hoping that's kinda just a fake-out for the trailers and maybe even part of the game until it's revealed we just incapacitated them or something dumb but less dumb than killing the justice league 😑

Honestly, I wouldn't even mind if they wanted to kill the justice league cause that's just what they wanna do, not because they have to kill them in order to save the world.

  yeah, i'll never understand their obsession and stubbornness with making the suicide squad a thing. A villains game would be so much cooler if it was the legion of doom for example.
  Honestly ANY other game would've been better. Any other team, single hero, villain, whatever, would've been a much interesting option for fans. they don't realize real fans play these games and the suiced squad is interesting to 16 year old emo girls who like harley queen

    Well said, I care about rocksteady. not sure if they'll have to close down but it'll be a hit to the brand of course. I'm with you, I dunno why they keep trying to make the SS a thing. While the concept is good, they line up is also kind of super lame. a bunch of B and C listers and Harley are not enough

They had no idea it would be one of Conroy's last performances. He does do a damn great job though.
