         Love every bit of what you wrote. Let's all wish on that same star together.

         I literally was just thinking the other day about this..... if I could win a massive lottery, I'd buy the WB just so I could operate DC Films better for the fans & the masses. I'd fire the head DC executives on the spot, bring back Henry Cavill & Ray Fisher, they would get their solo films, I could go on and on.... the list of things I would do on Day One alone would be so quick.

         And then building the new executive hierarchy for DC Films that have real vision for DC's growth & continuity, care about the characters & accuracy and treat their cast & crew properly would be at the top of the list as we course correct DC Films and take our potential to the next level. And I'd be using a lot more of the DC Comics writers and artists to bring that best vision to life on the big screen as we restructure DC.

         These are the things my comic book/cinematic mind thinks about.

            I agree with you up until the DC comics writers part.

            Screen writing and comic book writing don't easily translate from one form to another but I'd definitely give more money to the writers and creators unlike what Marvel did.

            Tbh I also don't care for the universe building and continuity as it has ruined my liking of the MCU (personal opinion of course). I like how DC is doing more standalone stuff with a hint of universe building.

            I'd rather they stick to world-buliding with each hero (bat-family, super-family and the greek gods with WW) or atleast with the trinity

               To each his own regarding universe building. I know on that as a CEO I could never please everybody. But I know I definitely want to see it with my vision. But my plan on that would be short and long term.

               My quick explanation is I'd have Snyder finish his Justice League saga with one more film. Let's get the Darkseid battle, let's get Martian, GL, Cyborg and all the regulars back and make that Injustice/Apokolips War that Snyder has in mind. Legion of Doom, Hall of Justice.... there is so much great stuff that was getting ready to happen with that and SnyderCut set it up beautifully to work. At the end of the film, after the epic war with Darkseid, if you've seen the animated film Justice League Dark: Apokolips War, you see Flash at the end create a Flashpoint and getting things back to a sense of normalcy. That's what I'd do at the end of the film. Flashpoint the DCU Films and it enables us to change some things that need changing across the board. That would definitely include a new Cavill solo, a Ray Fisher solo, ignoring things like BoP, allowing new looks for certain characters, etc. And I'd definitely chop some DC Films that are being made or thought of that don't need to be made.

               Bottom line, the Flashpoint after the Apokolips War sets up the world building that we're doing right now for each hero & their city. I'm down for that right now.... but they aren't setting it up in the best way possible. Then, LATER ON when the heroes' worlds are built up in their solo films, several years later we reunite a bigger Justice League call to action to take on their next massive war.

               But what I mean regarding the DC Comics writers is not that they are actually writing the scripts but that they are part of building the best story for each film. I'd treat the DC comic book writers like an advisory board. I'd have my film screenwriters that understand the process but the advisory board would be used to make sure the story flows with the right personalities of the DC characters, that it would have good flow with the comic canon, and still be its own thing as a film. They would be used primarily for accuracy. I believe they are a great, untapped resource that DC has and they neglect them on a regular basis when they could be making quality content that fans, especially hardcore fans would approve of. It'd be all hands on deck in the DC Company for me to make DC Films the best it could be.

   Still blows my mind how jacked Dwayne Johnson is at his age. I mean, the guy is pushing 50 and literally is in the best shape of his life. Whatever he's taking, I kinda wonder how many years he's taken off his life with the gear he's blasting seemingly all year long.

   Normally I try to avoid trailers and such and just wait for the movie. But in the case of The Batman I’m really hyped to see more footage since the long wait is agonising.

   I really hope we get to see Keaton in the suit as well. I’ll be happy with a simple screenshot.

   I'm so happy to hear that this event will be officially live-streamed on Youtube & Twitch.

   Using the DC Fandome site to stream the event last year was a nightmare.
