Medicom announces MAFEX Return of Superman figure

Medicom has announced a new addition to its MAFEX line, and this time it's Superman in his black suit from the Return of Superman storyline.

The black suit Superman will be standing around 6.3-inches tall and will include two portraits as well as interchangeable hands, flight boots, and articulated stand.

The figure is due for release in Japan in Oct. 2021 and will be priced at ¥8,800 (approx. $85 USD). No word yet on the U.S. release, but it should follow shortly thereafter.

Always liked long-haired Supes growing up. It especially made sense in his resurrection after having been dead for a while. That and the beard. Would be cool to see that in the SnyderCut, but it's good enough for me that we're getting the black suit in itself.
This model is very throwback. Not my style for an $85 piece. But I like the nostalgic 90s feel.
