It seems as though the window for the release of Zack Snyder's Justice League on HBO Max is finally narrowing with the director sharing that it will be some time in March 2021.
The big question mark surrounding Zack Snyder's Justice League ever since it was announced was when it would finally be released. A lot of different potential dates have circulated, but at last we have something a bit more firm. Responding to a fan's request to see every copy of the theatrical cut of Justice League destroyed, Snyder said, "I understand and of course respect your feelings and I just hope I can wipe that version out of existence with what you see in March."
March has been a popular month in various speculative reports. The majority of his films - 300, Watchmen, Sucker Punch, and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice - have come out in March, and it also happens to be his birthday month.
There are, of course, 31 days in March, so we'll just have to see which day the service chooses to launch the four-hour event series. With Snyder recently confirming that about 75% of the effects are completed at this point, we'll be leaning towards the end of March for our guess, but we'll just have to wait and see.
For those of you outside of the U.S., Warner Bros. has still not confirmed its release plans, although it has stated on multiple occasions that it is working towards solutions. Snyder has also said there is a possibility of a theatrical release in the United States as well.
