      Thanks man I found it and watched just before you posted.
      I mean, what garbage? No dialogue until the end? And a super religious song (can the indoctrinated just leave their make believe comfort stories out of our superhero stuff, please?) that has little to do with the plot? Ugh.
      I can admit a few scenes looked slightly better but nothing groundbreaking. All that hype and the result is the biggest meh of the year.
      Curious to see how the juggalos act like it's everything they hoped it would be and more though.

        Not really lol. I guess I was expecting an actual trailer with dialogue, so despite my expectations being low he did manage to exceed them in the wrong direction. That did surprise me a bit lol.

        Just look it up lmao. You don't have to wait or doubt. Watch it. Doomsday had a terrible design. That has always been the most common critique and that's true. Darkseid's cg and design are terrible and Steppewolf literally looks like Bay Megatron.

        They are tailor made to play in theaters before movie screens and they just happen to premiere them here or wherever is convenient.

  Yeah, there was this one shot of a (what I assume to be) being from Apokalips & it looked really dumb, but I hope that wasn't actually Darkseid. Steppenwolf looks like absolute garbage though. Stupidly overdesigned & not one sense of "humanity" to him. I know people will whine "he's not supposed to look/be human", but what I mean by that is the villain needs to be somewhat relatable so we can understand his or her motivations. That's why Thanos worked. Just imagine he looked like a giant, overdesigned, emotionless monstrosity... literally the entire movie would fail. The original SW design was bad, but now it's even worse.
  The trailer also confirms what Snyder I believe admitted a long time ago: Cyborg's dad dies. It's not only f*cking retarded to kill him off so early, but WHY the hell show that in the trailer? So stupid beyond belief. Other than that, I don't see that much difference between the "Snyder Cut" & the original trailers except for some added scenes here & there. It's exactly what I expected it would look like. I'm not trying to be negative, I frankly don't really care how it turns out, but I fully expect the "Snyder fans" to embrace this trailer like it's the second coming of Christ & pretend it looks radically different even though it really, really doesn't.

      You may be right about Desaad. It didn't even occur to me.
      I know people won't believe me, but I'm still genuinely happy that Snyder fans finally get what they want. It's just that the more we see, the more I start to realize just how blown out of proportion this whole "Snyder cut" movement really is.

  Can anyone tell me why Ezra Miller has to run like that? Just that run alone ruins the film for me. AND we gotta stomach him in a Flashpoint movie.

    The Arkham verse games are simple, mindless and repetitive, even if the cinematics are good. It's bad when you play a game for the cinematics rather than the gameplay.
    This means there is a chance for it to offer something different, and thus better.

        Because who's really gonna be interested in watching a movie after a year it was meant to come out. I think they know that hype dies down over time and they've released enough marketing stuff that there really isn't much more they can show without spoiling the film.

      Anyone can make a bad film. The cinematography, acting and spectacle will all be there but if the message is not clear to the audience then you lose them.

  I’m really looking forward to it actually. I was a big fan of BvS and moderately enjoyed JL despite the mess it was, so I’m mostly excited to satisfy the “what-if” curiosity of Snyder’s version.

Kinda random but I think a Batfamily + JL + TMNT team up movie would be a great way to compete with Marvel in the future.
Marvel is probably going to build up something massive with the Avengers + X-Men + Fantastic 4. These guys don't fool around. They will keep pushing the envelope.
Saddly, I don't think DC/WB is that ambitious or that qualified. They still can't even get the core characters right.

Pretty disappointed in Gotham Knights. It was the thing I was most interested in. Nothing for me was impressive except for the graphics. Story and gameplay didn't do anything for me. Still early... we'll see.

Really disappointed with Gotham Knights.
Seven goddamn years of development for this? And five years after Arkham Knight? Looks like such an insane downgrade in basically about every single way.
The positives:
Graphics look good, but that's expected since it's mostly likely a nex-gen game.
Gotham looks expanded upon & detailed.
That's about it.
The negatives:
Character designs are either worse than before or bad.
Voice acting is not that great.
Character animations (and stuff like cloth/cape physics) are really stiff & worse than before.
Combat is a massive disappointment.
Not a continuation of the Arkham universe.
No Batman.
Stupid RPG system.
Characterization is off.
Awful framerate (will likely get better)
Fears:
Gear/loot system ruining the sandbox.
MT infested approach.
Co-op focus/no real narrative.
Etc.
Honestly, they massively f*cked up by not having this be an Arkham sequel & not have the freeflow combat. I'd be down if this was set after Knight when Batman is "dead" & we play as the Batfamily, but what exactly is the point of the Court of Owls if Batman isn't gonna be there? And WHY THE HELL did they replace the freeflow combat? If it ain't broke, don't fix it!!!
The new combat doesn't look atrocious, but it's so much more generic than what made the Arkham games stand out. It's like the game can't decide whether it wants to be a sequel to Knight, where "Batman is dead" or wants to be its completely separate thing.
If the game is story-driven, has better/customizable character designs that aren't locked behind MTs, cleans up the stiff animations/FPS, has a great open world sandbox, etc... then I'll overlook the replacement of the freeflow combat system & the lack of Arkham continuity, but I severely doubt any of this is the case. This seems like DC's answer to the Avengers game, which I couldn't care less about.
It has potential, but my hype went from 100/10 to 6/10 in about 2 minutes.

  If the game does end up being decent though, I'll definitely play as Batgirl. Loved playing as her in the Knight DLC. She's so quick & agile & very different from how Batman plays. I always love it when female fighters rely more on their flexibility & speed rather than their brute strength.

      Yeah, I like that new aspect of this game (and expected it was what they were gonna do) but I really don't care for this RPG/Destiny type approach to missions & gameplay.

        I never liked the ending. Always felt anticlimactic. And I already had the "complete ending" during my first playthrough b/c I always make sure I finish all the side-stuff before I complete the story, but it still felt very underwhelming.
