DC FanDome now split into two days as a new trailer arrives

DC FanDome is going to be the biggest event in the history of the company, and it seems they now know one day can't contain it.

Originally, Aug. 22 was going to be wall-to-wall DC madness, but it seems fans have asked for a bit of a breather. The Hall of Heroes (i.e. the movie panels and a few others) will take place on Aug. 22 as planned. All of the other events have now been pushed to Sept. 12 in a second DC FanDome event called "Explore the Multiverse."

It looks as though we'll be seeing a lot of videos and footage from the upcoming movies, including The Batman. We can't wait!

As to splitting the event into two days, we're for it. Having built our schedule recently, it was going to be difficult to cover movies and television all in one day and do justice to each panel. This will allow us to give each the focus they deserve.

DC FanDome kicks off on Aug. 22, be ready!

I admit i was kinda panicking a bit when i first heard this, as i was so hyped for Saturday. However i quickly relaxed when i realized all the stuff I'm most excited about, is still going ahead on Saturday. I'll still check out the next one in Sept but i feel all the big hitters will be revealed on Saturday.

Agreed, one one hand people may say it's poor planning splitting it 3 days before but apparently they did this in response to the fans about the overloaded schedule and if so then that's a positive. Would have been up for like 24 hours straight trying to catch every single panel lol

  It does seem kinda late in the game for them to have split the conference. However if the end results is better then I'm all for it.

WB/DC just can't get their shit together about anything. Why does this have to be so complicated? Just upload the videos to YouTube and let us watch when we want to. Who really thinks their website is going to handle the traffic for this?
