   Man this website was so good before the shitty technobuffalo team took over. I doubt y'all even read comments. Back when Chris used to handle this website, he'd put sources to his article and if he posted an article like this he'd try to post additional pictures. Y'all ruined this shit. Also, I guess superheronews is dead? So thanks for that too?

         Really? Are you guys that butthurt when somebody expresses their opinion? You should say "Thank you", "Sorry" "We will try to be better" and not threaten us. Seriously. The quality went downhill, are you just gonna censor everybody who thinks otherwise?

            If people can’t “express their opinion” without being nasty, then yes, we’ll ban them. You guys are welcome to disagree, criticize, whatever. Calling the people who bought and run the site “shitty” is out of bounds.

               Exactly what I'm talking about. Why should he force himself to be PC if that's what on his mind? People can express their opinions in whatever way they desire, not letting them do that or controlling how they can is censorship, no matter how you twist them. You could express your displeasure with his comment by saying: Hey Guest, we appreciate your opinion, thank you for sharing with us. Thank you for sharing with us, we will try to improve. With that being said, we would appreciate if you used kinder language next time." - See how that works? Asking people to be kinder is ok, but threatening people who give you money (by clicks) is out of bounds. It just looks like you're power-tripping and don't value your readers. In addition, people have been calling out your "management skills" for months now, in various ways, no obvious change happened, so it's understandable that the guy might be fed up and just says how it is.

               1. Being respectful and being politically correct are two different things.

               2. It wasn’t meant as a threat to silence him. It was meant as a warning to tell him that if it happens again, he will he banned. I realize it’s a subtle distinction, but it makes a big difference. Again, opinions are welcome—insults, not so much.

               3. I’m not getting paid to tell anybody to be respectful. I’ve been writing for this site as a volunteer for several years now, predating the sale. I didn’t draw a salary before, and I’m not drawing a salary now, either. I just want people to obey the rules in the comments and not make personal attacks.

               4. If I owned a store, and you came in every day and complained, and one day you came in and called me or one of my employees shitty and caused a big scene, I would give a similar warning. We have a standard of decency in the comments, and holding your clicks over our heads won’t make us lay it aside.

               5. Notice something: you haven’t been threatened with a ban. That’s because there’s a clear difference between the way you’re expressing your opinion, and the way the original commenter expressed his. I wouldn’t even say you’re being especially nice (not trying to offend you here, but I think you’d agree), but you’re focusing on what you think is wrong instead of insulting people. You might be calling me a self-righteous pinhead in your mind, but you’re keeping it out of your comments.

      Yes, we do actually read the comments when possible. We admittedly don’t get to them all.

      We source when necessary, but those are images provided by the company, so no source is needed. If they were shot by a third-party, then there would a source listed.

      Superhero News is being retooled and rethought.

         SuperheroNews will live on, we're just rethinking how it's run at the moment. It's very manual and very hard to manage at the moment.

            I think you need to run as it is for now while you guys rethinking.
            Otherwise you will lose more readers like me. Let them enjoy like usually did.
