The Zack Snyder "The Director's Cuts" event concluded on Sunday night with Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.

You can head over to vero.co/vero-live-broadcast to watch the archives of the all three days. Day one was a Q&A relating to Dawn of the Dead, and day 2 is Watchmen. And night 3, was, of course, Batman v Superman. Snyder discussed the infamous "Martha" moment and gave some explanation as to how that came about. He also goes into detail about the overall production. It's an interesting lesson in filmmaking.

There's no indication how long these videos will be available, so we suggest watching them soon if you're interested.

And wrapping things up, Twitter user Carlos Pro shared that Snyder told him during the autograph session that, yes, the 'Snyder Cut' of Justice League does exist.

Even though I wasn't able to ask my question during the Q&A I did get the chance to ask Zack face to face about the Snyder cut. He said "the movie is done, it exists" but basically it is up to WB. Another user added that Snyder said there are actually 10 different cuts of the film.

Now comes the question... which one is the definitive one?

At this stage, it appears the ball is firmly in Warner Bros. court if we will ever see any other version of Justice League.

My thought is that WB's wants to distance itself w time to allow the DCEU (or whatever it is that they want to call it now) to flourish under it's direction and will eventually allow Snyder to release his version. Probably call it their "Else World" or "Renegade Version" of Justice League and will make Snyder foot the bill to finish the CGI/Score?etc (which I believe through his connections, production company, etc will be possible).
It will probably be a few more years but I do see it happening. It also will depend on who ends up running WB's after KT stepped down and if they are open to Snyder's films, etc as to how quick it ends up happening (1 yr vs 4-5 yrs).

  I think a lot of what you said is true. My take on it is that Snyder doesn't want to foot the enormous CGI/Score bill. I remember something like only 60% of the CGI was done when he left the project, so I would imagine that is going to be a hefty $$$. He is probably doing this to drum up pressure in hopes the studio will cave and do it.
  Again, to your point, it will depend on who is running it. If it happens, it will probably be a few more years.
  And, Snyder's Supes and BvS, and JL....are all Elseworld stories. They should have labeled them to the public as such instead of making them DCEU (more in-line with the comic book storyline.)

    Yeah he is probably looking at $10 - $15 million in order to finish his version and that's on the conservative side.
    But I do believe w his production company (who produced the 300 on a $65M budget) and possible crowd funding he could accomplish this.
    I still think he could get WB's to help foot part of the bill by agreeing to release it on their new streaming platform as an exclusive for the first 6 months.

Zack said his and Terros original JL script was scrapped by the studio and they had to rewrite after BvS. So technically, the true Synder cut doesn’t exist. Darkseid Boomtubes into the batcave to kill Lois, superman going evil with the anti-life equation, time travel, only 3 members of the JL are left to fight back (batman, flash and cyborg but cyborg never got repaired after being torn in half).

        Yeah but I think a lot of that story takes place in the 2nd and 3rd JL film that they were planning on filming. The 2nd film taking place in the cosmos w Green Lantern Corps and the 3rd w the Apocalypse setting seen in BVS.
        Still I actually would have loved to have seen those films. It was would be a good contrast to the Marvel films (which I do enjoy but have grown tired of due to their very familiar vibe that they all carry - I even called out Captain Marvel's "plot" twist 15 minutes into the movie).

        to me, it seemed like he was talking about original JL plan of two parts but i could be wrong. It would have been fun to watch Darkseid, but seems like that story line is now buried because of BvS failing and Marvel. Marvel did something close to this story line already from the first Avenger movie to Civil War to Infinity War and ending on End Game. We may never see Darkseid on the big screen now

        JL had better reviews than Snyder's previous film. The idea that his JL cut "couldn't be worse" simply does not stand up to scrutiny. It more than likely was much worse, because if it wasn't, WB wouldn't have spent tens of millions trying to "fix" it. It's nonsensical.

        Have you not read the different leaks and things about what was in Snyder’s JL? All the evidence we have gotten so far from rumors, leaks, and interviews and such suggests that the Snyder Cut was in fact most likely better than the theatrical release. It seems it would have solved most of the movie’s most-complained about issues: conflicting tones (only Snyder’s stuff, so that’s obvious), bland score (wouldn’t have hired Danny Elfman to make what must have been one of the plainest scores of his career), Super-CGI-man (no need to cover mustaches since that was only during reshoots), and under-developed characters (it apparently featured more backstory for each, including the villain, and unlike the theatrical version didn’t cut the character arcs down so much). So that sounds like a better movie to me.

        Zack's cut would most likely also have featured terrible plot construction, nonsensical scenes, pretentious and unnecessary symbolism, bland acting, ATROCIOUS characterization, unfocused writing, a terrible score (by Junkie XL, who's objectively the worst composer working in Hollywood today) and so much more.

        Junkie is objectively one of the worst working composers in Hollywood today. Anyone with a shred of classical education would understand why. He was "fine" for Fury Road, but that soundtrack in and of itself is still an insult to anyone's ears. Yes, it works in the context of the film, but that doesn't make it good music on its own.
        Danny composed generic music for JL, yes. But it's still way better than anything Junkie could possibly have come up with. Tbh, I take offense that someone as talentless as Junkie is allowed to work on these movies.
        As for Hans... He's really fallen and hasn't composed anything truly substantive since the turn of the new decade. He's been replicating his "Inception sounds" for nearly a decade now. It's old, boring and completely void of nuance and depth. His score for MoS was bombastic and lousy. His score for BvS (which Junkie is also to blame for) was even worse. Even his Interstellar work, while "something different" (for his standards), is still very basic and ultimately not that groundbreaking. Let's not even talk about the trash he composed for Dunkirk, if we can even call that "music" in the first place.
        Don't get me wrong, he has composed beautiful pieces (Last Samurai, Pirates, even most of his animated stuff like Lion King, Prince of Egypt and Kung Fu Panda), but whenever he's focused on rhythmic music, he's failed and that trend started with Inception. His evergrowing over-reliance on percussion is what's killing his music.
        His Batman scores are pretty good, but James Newton Howard is criminally underappreciated there and he deserves far more credit than he's given. Most of the Bruce Wayne themes are his, which are the best themes BB and TDK have. TDKR had a pretty lousy score, which was to be expected as JNH didn't come back. There are a few good themes in there like "Why do we fall?" and parts of "Imagine the Fire", but overall TDKR was clearly the worst of the trilogy (in terms of music), which was due to Hans' style.
        That proves to me, Danny's original Batman work is still unbeaten.

        Danny Elfman (who I loved in the day) stopped putting out memorable scores in the early 2000's. All of his superhero scores all sound so similar (even if they are still great - Batman, Dick Tracy, Spider-Man).
        Hans Zimmer I believe is a much more superior artist as he shows much more range in what he can do and he has so many other artists that he's mentored along the way.

        Oh, the irony... you praise Junkie yet accuse Danny of "sounding too similar". Mate, Junkie's music is ALWAYS the same thing. It's barely distinguishable from one another. His score for 300 was practically the same as his score for BvS, which was practically the same as his score for Mad Max in many ways. Junkie is objectively the most uninspired and generic composer working today (in Hollywood).
        Danny is also objectively superior than Hans at composition.

        I don't agree. Film music should be more than just "fitting the scene". It should still work on its own. That is why you won't see me defend Junkie's work on Mad Max. Yes, I too think it "works" within the context of the film, but that score in and of itself falls completely flat. It's terrible music, put simply.
        I'm fine with movie scores trying more to convey an idea, an emotion, an atmosphere if you will, rather than a full blown, worked out theme. But even then, there are still clear differences. Steven Price's score for Gravity was nothing short of excellent, for example. He was not trying to write melodically pleasing music (ignoring he still wrote 2 traditional pieces of music for the film's climax), rather he focused on creating a unique "sound" that elevated the film. Said sound was truly something we had never heard before. It's original, it has depth and clearly it's not something any would-be composer could just come up with in a day. That's the difference... Junkie's and Hans' music (especially Junkie) takes so little skill to compose. It's generic music that so many people are able to write, which is why Hans has an army of minions doing work for him at his disposal. They all sound alike. Gravity was unique. Mad Max and BvS simply wasn't.
        The point I'm trying to make here is that while Dunkirk's score may have "fit" the film, that doesn't negate the fact that it was still lousy music in and of itself.
        Listen to Dunkirk's "Supermarine" track (it's the most popular track on YT, I believe). It's 8 minutes of bland generic percussion, with the chords changing ONCE throughout the entire track. This is what makes good music nowadays? This is all it takes? I actually take offense here, lol.

        I'm talking about the new "themes" he wrote for TDKR, not reworked material Newton Howard provided years prior.

We only got one (Why do we fall?) which also was barely even in the film, but we got nothing for the downfall of Bruce (probably due to the fact that there was no music present during Batman and Bane's first fight). The Rises score really does a poor job of conveying the central themes of the film: pain, despair, etc.
        Instead we got garbage like "underground army". Rises' score was only good when it used the old themes. Everything new it did, except for "Why do we Fall?" was mediocre at best.

        It's the furthest thing from 1-dimensional. It actually features progressive THEMES (which Rises did not have), and the music also was clearly written for the film. You could interchange the Rises score with anything else Hans has written and you wouldn't even notice. Whereas Danny clearly writes for the scenes themselves.

        Hans' music just doesn't satisfy technically speaking.It has to do with pounding rhythmic sections, and overwhelming low frequencies. Like techno music, all these elements have a strong and direct impact upon the listener.
        This particular "music" (more like, glorified sound) is very direct and has no virtuoso-writing pretensions that would require aural foregrounding, instead it uses relentless rhythms along with basic melodies with uncomplicated textures that act as a background to the sound effect's staring role. In other words, the decibels matter more than the actual harmony. I just can't respect that whatsoever.
        Now, Zimmer doesn't "always" work like that... but he's been guilty of it since the 2010s. That's why his earlier work is so much better. He seems to grow worse with experience. It's unbelievable.

        Yes, it can be but you have yet to demonstrate how this truly applies to Danny's music. Just take Batman Returns opening scene, it's a reworked Batman theme from the original, and it completely fits the entire prologue (actions, story beats, characters, EDITING is also a big one, mood, etc). It's not either or. These things are not mutually exclusive.
        Whereas I would strongly argue much of Zimmer's work fails horribly outside the context of the film. Like I said, many of his tracks can barely even be described as music in the first place.

But compositional skill remains objective, and the fact is, Hans is one of the least skilled composers working in Hollywood today (again, he says this himself) and he will NEVER reach anything close to William's level of refined skill and finesse. Never.

        If that is him "phoning it in", all you prove is how gifted a composer Williams truly is. To be fair, this soundtrack may not have been as memorable or unique as his other work, but that hardly proves he phoned it in. There comes a time when writing music for the same old franchise becomes impossible, especially if the basic stories are always the same. This is why the sequel SW trilogy has bland music in comparison to the OT and the PT.

        Fair enough, like I said I'm not here to deny people's feelings. That being said, David Guetta's music makes many people's hair stand up, but what does that prove? Does he make complex and nuanced music? Hardly.
        To explain this more thoroughly, because I didn't do a proper job before:
        When I hear Williams, or Elfman, I hear his usage of the full orchestra. I hear woodwinds. I hear his trademark choral use. I hear recurring motifs and varying themes. I hear on the second based writing, on a scene per scene basis.
        When I listen to Junkie and Hans' later work, I hear the same percussion, repeated for the entire piece. Temp over-compressed distorted drum loops and ostinatos out of a software soundbank looped on forever shifting the volume up and down in guise of "dynamics" with the usual copy/pasted string and horns samples he got from his computer. Hans and Junkie don't even make the effort to record actual strings most of the time.
        This is what I mean... from an objective, analytical, compositional standpoint, their music is just so... lazy and cheap.
        Again, Zimmer HAS written beautiful music, but from a skill perspective, he's definitely one of the worst. Junkie is outright garbage though, no questions asked.
        The difference between Hans and someone like Williams, is while yes, Williams does on occasion write simplistic themes (that are otherwise immensely iconic), he doesn't do this as a result of a lack of skill. He COULD have written an incredibly intricate composition, because Williams has the skill to do so. And he's able to mix things up from each score, to the next. He uses the strings brilliantly in Schindler's List, and then goes to Jazz with the Sax for Catch me if you Can, then goes to classical 20th century composition with his other work all the while writing complex music.
        Williams for example writes polyphonic music all the time, a basic trait of musical skill. I don't think I've ever seen Hans do this. He's just not capable.

        Those multiple voices that end up building on top of each other and climaxing at 4:57 is nothing short of genius. To be fair, Williams is pretty much the only composer working today who's genuinely capable of writing such compositions, so it can't really be used against Hans specifically... but some are still closer than others. Hans is simply on the lower end.
        Zimmer excessively plagiarizes, he write solely in one key most of the time, he utilizes pop-music chord progressions, and he's not exactly capable of writing for woodwinds (or at least, he hasn't shown to). He re-uses the same music over and over again and lets dozens of ghostwriters do most of the work for him. These are obvious traits of primitive composers.
        Zimmer's music is a kind of rock/techno arranged for symphony orchestra by a team of collaborators (made up of Junkie, Jablonsky and even Djawadi I believe at some point) . He seems to act more as an executive producer and coordinator than as a composer at this point.

Last Jedi literally had nothing, except for "The Last Jedi" and "The Spark" at the end, when Luke returns and faces the First Order, that part is pure epicness, but the rest is so forgettable for Williams' standards. Meanwhile, the PT had dozens of classics: Duel of Fates, Battle of the Heroes, Across the Stars, etc. Basically the entire Ep 3 score was nothing but excellent. If there's one thing the prequels did better than the sequels, it's music and it's easy to understand why.
        Yes, I already agreed in the past that the sequels are better films from a technical level (acting, effects, etc) but its themes and overarching narratives aren't anything we hadn't seen before, whereas the prequels DID have an original plot. If I remember correctly, Williams even said this during an interview: he thought it was much more difficult to write for the sequels because there's barely any "new" material. The sequel story is pretty much identical to the OT story in many ways.

        Ignoring the fact that I could play 9 crimes with zero practice, while I've only just begun the Chaconne and I'm gonna be learning for at least the year to come, there's no question which piece is more thought-provoking. Yet, like I said, I have no doubt most people would prefer 9 crimes because it's more accessible.
        The same is true for Hans. He writes accessible music that most people can enjoy, but that's not really worthy of praise in my opinion.

        To be fair, that's what many/ most composers do. But this remains quite basic in Zimmer's case and I don't think he does it as much as you imply.
        To give a more technical and impressive example, look at Rach's Rhapsody on a theme of Paganini. There are 24 variations of the same motif, during a 25 minute piece. Listen to the first variation (beginning to around 0:18): https://www.youtube.com/wat...
        That's the basic motif upon which the entire piece is based and then Rach manipulates those chords and notes to make 24 unique, yet similar variations. He takes this quite far, just listen to the 18th variation (starts at 16:15, the most beautiful part). It sounds completely different, yet it's still derived from the same motif.

        Do you see? The simplicity, yet the GENIUS of it? On a side note, anyone who thinks classical music is boring needs to listen to the 18th variation.
        You could say "oh, but Rach is not a film composer". Fine, but my point is, whatever Hans does with his rather basic themes and melodies, pales in comparison with what other, more gifted composers could do and have done. Like I said, the way Williams is able to intertwine multiple themes and voices is something I've never seen Zimmer doing.

TDKR and especially Dunkirk are weak. Interstellar is okay, but very basic.

        Not at all, it was basically about whether or not classical music is or can be accessible. Or if it only appeals to the supposed "elite"/ upper class snobs.
        I've been saying this for years, not everyone likes classical music overall, but there are pieces of classical music out there that can appeal to anyone. You just have to know where to look.
        Rach's Piano Concerto No 2, the 2nd movement is also another one of those pieces that most people can enjoy. Shostakovich's Piano Concerto No 2, Andante is another one. Most of Chopins' work frankly, etc.

Or rather, they would say they "respect" it, but they would never listen to it on their own, which does sadden me. I have never met a single person (of my generation, I mean... I know plenty of old fossils who do) who actually listens to Bach on their own. They may like one or two pieces, but not as a whole.
        Not trying to force it on others at all... I actually prefer people who just say they think it's boring af to people trying to "please me" by pretending they actually care or like classical music. But a genuine, profound and sincere appreciation for classical music is not something many people have (which is fine, I suppose), even among those claiming to "love all music". At least, that's my experience.

        It's used in the Chris Reeve movie "Somewhere in Time", which is a tragic love story, really fitting of the variation.

        Those better reviews were just so marginally for critics, and they were basically acknowledging that they heard them, and what for? And audencies scores aren't so much better either, in fact I'd say those numbers ended up like that because people just didn't feel like voting for that movie (either people who liked or didn't).
        And this apathy is just the best way to ponder how the movie was actually received. How is that, even with those "better" scores, the movie made the least money? Because nobody, fans or not, cared about that Frankstein. The movie did not make any impact, and that's how we can see this was the least well-received.

        JL is so bland I never want to see it again, but it didn't outright offend me and anger me the way BvS did. As a fan, BvS broke my damn heart. JL was just a generic, uninspired film but it wasn't atrocious or insulting. So yes, I believe whatever Snyder came up with COULD have been much worse... and none of what you just said disproves that.
        Don't get me wrong, I still want to see the Snyder cut. I want his fans to stop whining, lol. And also, I'm not gonna lie, I'm curious to see what he had in mind.         I focus on the issue with his Batman. The no kill rule is the Batman's most sacred oath.         They're not two completely different people. This is Bruce Wayne. The same Bruce Wayne who saw his parents die in front of him, the same Batman that lost a Robin and devoted his life to fighting crime. The comics have done everything this movie tried to but far better.
        It makes no fucking sense that any of his villains is alive in any way, shape or form. This isn't an elseworlds story buddy. This is meant to be the Batman in the main cinematic universe. You don't build a fucking universe around a mass murdering idiot as one of your three pillars.

        Well.. Every movie, game, videogame, graphic novel, and even some comic arcs, end up being elseworlds stories. The only real Batman is the one currently in canon on the comics, and boy he does change every couple of years.
        About your point, take the MCU as an example. They changed and adapted their characters stories and even personalities to fit in their plan. I'm sure there were a lot of comic purists crying when this happened, but it ended up being the biggest hit of the decade, so it's ok. Thing is, it looks as if Snyder-haters/lovers choose to only see/oversee certain aspects of the movies to prove their biased points. Nolan is a good example: I love his trilogy, but it's not without faults. Important faults regarding Batman. But people are more than eager to overlook (and in some cases even defend) them because there were good and successful movies.
        I don't love Snyder, nor I hate him. He is what he is. My expectations were low on MOS and he surprised me, but I kept them low on BvS and he ended up being Snyder: ok film with nice imagery, little sense or character development. JL, I haven't seen again since the premier. Worst movie in the DCEU hands down. It's even more rushed, incoherent, and tonally weird than any of the other movies. And no smiling weird-lip Superman, or awkward boobie's joke is enough to make it good. But either we like it or not that's the base for the current cinematic universe. Hopefully WB will learn from their mistakes (like hiring Zack) and will be able to course correct. They seem to be doing it by now.

The Q&A was interesting. I enjoyed it. So it's true that bvs was actually a 4 hour film. Bvs Batman was a true bad ass, which is what I love about this movie. I still don't understand the hate lol
I recently saw captain marvel and I fell asleep through the movie. Woke up to some decent fight scenes. I tried to enjoy it but the jokes and most scenes felt super corny. Almost felt forced. Just my opinion. If you enjoyed it, more power to you.
With Shazam I'm getting the same marvel tone feel so I'm not too interested in watching. Even though I will eventually.

        I said no such thing. The FACT of the matter is, Zack said years ago now that he and Terrio wrote it together (BvS and JL back to back). Terrio wrote the dialogue, but he was following Snyder's directions and Zack himself came up with the story. Terrio could be blamed for writing the actual words, but that doesn't mean he came up with it, because more than likely he didn't. And even if he did, if Snyder was even half the director you think he is, he SHOULD have fucking noticed and changed it. It's ZACK's film. He's responsible for it. He has the power to alter scenes, dialogue, the script, etc. The idea that Zack is completely free from criticism because he didn't personally write that script is ludicrous and proves how biased and dishonest you truly are.

Suffice it to say, I don't think any of this means that much. He's saying what his fans want him to say. There is no "completed" Snyder cut. It's impossible. A rough cut? An assembly cut? Sure... but a full blown "director's cut"? Give me a break. For the sake of how horrific the Whedon-bastardized theatrical abomination was to my eyeballs, yeah.... I wouldn't mind seeing the Snyder Cut just for the heck of it. It will still be forgettable in my book regardless. But if I don't, it's all good. I'm all about moving forward. Can't bother to be stuck in the past.
DC is far from over and the studio is just now figuring out its mojo. There are brighter years ahead and with the right people and work ethic, we can undo the DC Film Universe's past with great content. Stuck on Snyder is not an option.

    I found this video of it. Basically the nightmare sequence world was happening and Batman and cyborg were gonna send Flash back in time to save Lois because her death leads Superman on the dark path.
    Edit: And Darkseid was going to beam down into the Batcave and kill Lois while Batman was supposed to be protecting her. So Flash was going back to prevent that.

    Basically confirmed what anyone with a brain and a even a morsel of knowledge of how filmmaking works would know.
    The alleged "Snyder Cut" exists as a locked picture edit. That's what's "Done." The picture edit was final. Assembly cuts were already put together shortly after filming was finished (the editor is already editing footage even during the production phase). ADR, sound mixing, color correction and visual fx were being worked on before Snyder ended up stepping down (or fired depending on what reports you believe) and WB/Whedon took over. That means the film was MOSTLY done. That much can now not be disputed by anyone other than those who literally plug their ears and shout "la la la! Not listening!"
    That said, "mostly done" does not = "100% complete/ready for theater release master prints". FX were obviously not finished, sound mixing was likely rough and still utilizing the raw set audio guidetracks for the most part and in need of ADR, sound design and foley was probably less than half-way finished, and color correction probably needed at least a second pass to finalize. Which means that the Snyder cut, if one were to venture an educated guess, is probably in the realm of 80-85% completed. Even Clay Enos ventured a guess that WB would need to spend anywhere from 20-30 million to finish it.

      All the unfinished cgi would cost way more than that, not to mention bringing the whole team and actors back after some left the fanchise. Now, another deal will have to come in place since the actors and the other people were only paid for one film. Theres so many more expenses that comes with it, and even if it would cost 20 to 30 million, thats still a lot for a movie thay they've already lost money on and probably wont even make that 30 million back.

        Paying actors royalties for old footage they were in is NOT the same as having them sign a contract to star in a bunch of new movies. They don't even have to DO anything but collect the bills for work they've already done.
        And it wouldn't even be that complicated since there is nary a single actor who has spoken ill of working with Snyder, so most of them would gladly allow their likeness to be used.
        30 million they'd make back quite easily through TV airings, licensing (probably go to DC Streaming for instance) and blu-ray/online sales.
        Most DC Animated movies make anywhere from 6-10 million on average from DVD sales ALONE playing mostly for a niche audience of die-hard comic book enthusiasts (which doesn't factor in TV/streaming services or digital downloads) and they're direct-to-video movies.
        Now if it needed to crack a billion or something in blu-ray sales, then we'd have a problem on our hands. But obviously it won't.
        Hell, even IF (and it probably won't) WB had actually decided to go through with finishing a Snyder cut, I doubt they'd bother making the FX look that polished anyway. It'd probably be akin to TV-budget FX in the end, with maybe a bit of the more polished fx already completed causing a bit of a juxtaposition. But HEY.... The ACTUAL JL movie has below-TV-grade FX and WB didn't touch it, so it couldn't possibly be worse.

        YES. Not in terms of completed special fx or sound mixing and whatnot, but a locked picture edit that's far beyond the assembly cut stages.
        Even if there was some minor tweaking to do for continuity purposes or for convenience sake (which is normal for films as 2nd Unit usually handles that business and it may not always match up in the edit process) - like close ups of Bruce's hands reaching for a gadget or insert shots of Diana puling out her lasso before grabbing a parademon - that's simple enough to use body doubles and stand-ins.
        At the very MOST, they might have to call back a couple of actors to do a bit of ADR work. And that's a job where the actors could literally come in their pajamas with acne all over their faces or sporting mustaches that are in no need of CG removal and finish up in a few hours. Even THEN, there are many loopholes to get around that problem such as vocal impersonators (Superman II The Theatrical Cut for instance utilized a vocal impressionist for a LOT of Gene Hackman's lines since he REFUSED to come back and work after the Salkinds fired Dick Donner - and I doubt any of the actors would have a beef to grind with Snyder like that).
        But Snyder has CONFIRMED ON VIDEO that he had a LOCKED picture edit of Justice League.

        Other people who have worked with him have been saying this for YEARS now, so that means that there probably isn't anything major in need of filming new material. Just Visual FX/Sound Mixing/Color Grading completion, hence the 20-30 million.
