DC Universe has shared our best look yet at the live-action version of Krypto that appears in the post-credits scene of the Titans season finale.

If you turned off the 11th episode of Titans as soon as the credits began - as I did - you didn't know at first about the post-credits scene that gave us our first glimpse at Superboy and Krypto. Now the official Titans Twitter account has posted out best look yet at the super dog.

We met Krypto as Conner Kent/Superboy was destroying the Cadmus labs. Before he goes to leave he breaks out his K9 friend.

Titans showrunner Greg Walker admitted to Entertainment Weekly recently that it is still being worked out exactly how Conner figures into season 2, but that it is indeed happening. As fans of pretty much any DC property knows, when Cadmus is involved, things get ugly. Could they potentially be related to the Nuclear Family that was a thorn in the side of the Titans this season? Possibly. We'll just have to wait to find out.

No word as of yet when Titans season 2 will premiere on DC Universe, but we'll be keeping an eye on it.

    I bet that was a really cute and fun audition for the casting crew (assuming they’re all dog lovers). Good casting choice, by the way.

      With that habit of wanting to have a more diverse cast, fortunately they did not change from race to Krypto, putting a Rottweiler or a Dobermann to embody it.

        Not only is it his name, his appearance is intimidating all the while being majestic. At least, for me, I've always thought labrador-looking kryptos were meh because they looked so basic, common, generic.

      Since Superman "quit" in Supergirl because he felt she was so much better and more powerful than him that he was obsolete, maybe we can have at least ONE TV incarnation of him that doesn't shit all over his character.

        He didn't "quit" because he felt she was better, he's taking time off in Argo City because he got Lois pregnant and he doesn't want to make "Man of Steel, Woman of Kleenex" a real thing, so she's up there for the pregnancy and he's staying with her. The fact that it makes the "why isn't Superman helping" questions go away also helps the writers.

    That was a big surprise seeing both of them, i wonder how much they can pull relating to Superman? It would be kinda cool if they could have both Supes and Bats show up for one episode.
