The first Shazam trailer was released yesterday at San Diego Comic-Con, which gave us a look at director David Sandberg's movie about a kid who can become a superhero by yelling the word "Shazam!".

Uugggg that shot of the batarang made me explode in my pants. Makes me wonder how far they'll really be straying from Batfleck if they're still putting in hard references to his existence
Now all I want to see is Matt's Batman and Joe's Deathstroke with a sprinkle of Patty's WW and the DCEU should be back on track.

Never really like Captain Marvel and wasn't in the least bit excited for this film but after the trailer, I think they've absolutely nailed the tone for this one and I can't wait to see it!

What I like about this and Wonder Woman coming up is that we have actual on set locations instead of endless green screen. Appreciate Aquaman will needs this but the effects so far they’ve come up with look amazing.
It looks so dumb, they could do a greta Shazam movie but instead they made this, and the effects are not even near being finished, and the suit looks bad.
This is exactly what a Shazam! movie needed to be.
