on First 'Wonder Woman 1984' set photos show Gal Gadot and Chris Pine in costume

Wonder Woman 1984 officially started filming today in Washington D.C.. Director Patty Jenkins shared an official photo of Chris Pine back as Steve Trevor, and now we know why! Since they're shooting on location there will be plenty of set photos, and she wanted to beat the paparazzi to the punch. The first batch of set photos feature Pine and star Gal Gadot in costume.

The two are dressed in 80s clothing, especially Chris Pine with his fanny pack. Fans have noticed that Gadot's costume pays tribute to the original Wonder Woman, Lynda Carter, who wore something similar on her hit TV show.     These two make a great team, so cute together. The question everyone is asking is how? I was joking about the Lazarus Pit but what else can it be? I can't wait to watch it, I also hope James Wan is able to follow Patty's lead and we can get a constant stream of high quality DC movies.

      There's speculation that a villain, forget her name, who is rumored to appear as the greater villain than Cheetah has powers where she can transform or image people on someone else's head. I'm thinking maybe this is what is going on. Who knows really.....but its pretty exciting seeing him back in some capacity.

        I reckon Ares's sons are the true villains, in Rebirth they have a link to Cheetah so i have a feeling they might just go with that for the film.

      I think it's actually a "thing". When she's Diana Prince, she's got these $1000 haircuts, but when she's WW her hair goes completely feral.

    Ugh, I never realized just how toxic the IGN community is when it comes to DC. It seems like it has become a sin to like or support them.

    We have our differences here but we still love and see the good in DC even at their lowest.

It gets extremely heated here and we all act like dicks sometimes but at least we aren't as toxic as that community, if there's good news on here we will support it but over there every article is an excuse to troll, attack and hate.

      Exactly what I was telling my friends yesterday when I saw these pictures. But, it’s probably going to be Hades or a god-like being bringing him back to life to somehow get to Diana since whoever summons Trevor back will know that is her weakness and will draw her out of hiding.
