New 'Teen Titans GO! To the Movies' trailer pays tribute to Batman: The Animated Series

After the new posters yesterday, Warner Bros. has released a new trailer for Teen Titans GO! To the Movies. As usual, it's full of jokes poking fun at the DC Universe.

The trailer starts out with Batman: The Animated Series style footage of an Alfred movie, which looks awesome but Robin isn't fond of. We get to hear Nicolas Cage as Superman for the first time, but the biggest joke of the trailer is when the Titans confuse Deathstroke for Deadpool.

Teen Titans GO! To the Movies hits theaters on July 27th.

  Honestly, if they are going to make a series about Metropolis pre-Supes, than I would be a-ok for an Afred pre-Wayne family/Batman. Wasn't he in the army?

That was really fun! I loved the references and I was smiling throughout the trailer. I may not be watching the show but now I will definetely see the movie! :D

When whoever the director is (do we know?) says, "I only make movies about real superheroes" and we see Steel, Jonah Hex and Shazam laughing at him.... (Although they should have used Halle Berry's Catwoman instead of Shazam.)
Also: I think the audience when Robin's on stage includes all the original Teen Titans (Kid Flash, Aqualad, Wonder Girl) as well as Zan, Jayna and Gleek. And Krypto.

Holy hell, that looks so awesome. The cartoon is already the best thing DC has done on TV in years and now this looks like it will be the best DC movie in years as well.

Sad? I dont know, that sounds like good news to me.
Someone showed me the beginning of Infinity War on their phone (there's a cam version from China already) and I can't wait to see it at the cinema next week.
I doubt you'll get too much disagreement about Justice League though, it's about as mediocre as you'll ever see of a DCEU movie.

  Apparently Loki may be back, at least in some sort of cameo or form for the 5th Avengers movie (Civil War was the 3rd), if we are to go by set photos.

    Easily resurrected. Shuri saved his conscious and program before she was attacked.
    I won't be surprised at all if they bring him back in Avengers 4 or at some point. Gamora may not even come back in Avengers 4 but may come back in GotG3 as a plot.
    Also, Vision was only in 1.2 movies before Infinity War, and they did not do too much with him, so frankly wouldn't be all that consequential
