on Lynda Carter says she's in talks for 'Wonder Woman 2' role

Wonder Woman director Patty Jenkins wanted to give the original Wonder Woman, Lynda Carter, a role in the first movie but things didn't work out schedule wise. In a new interview on Megyn Kelly TODAY, Carter revealed that she's currently in talks for a Wonder Woman 2 role.

"That is up to Patty Jenkins, I've been talking to her about it," Carter revealed when asked about the potential role. "She has given me some hints about it and I guess it's up to Warner Bros. if they want to spend the money. You can write letters and tell them."

    She still looks stunning. It would be nice if they could get her in the film, maybe someone who mentors Diana or something so its like a passing of the touch type thing.

        True, but so what she still looks great! I don't find anything wrong with plastic surgery or any other appearance enhancers at all.

            Completely agree, that's why I'm shocked she looks this good with surgery and all. She knows what she's doing, just enhancing her features. One thing though that surgery cant get rid off completely is weight, and she's not fat, that's all on her and her diet. I don't know, I just appreciate women who take care of themselves, and she has done this extremely well obviously.

            I think she definitely got a liposuction, unless she's genetically thin. Money always helps with maintaining good looks as well.

    😍 So BASICALLY, she'll be in the movie, and likely not removed from the theatrical cut.😂 I like that Patty Jenkins has gone out of her way, to try to include her in the Wonder Woman renaissance. It's the adaptations, that end up making these characters pop-culture icons, and exposed to non-comic book readers. And Carter did that for Wonder Woman. https://uploads.disquscdn.c...

    I would love to see Lynda Carter as a more mature version of Wonder Woman from some parallel universe, meet the Wonder Woman by Gal Gadot. It would be great to see something like this:

    Pity that currently with the DCEU, that is very difficult, so any cameo of Lynda in WW2 would be fine.

      I would LOVE to see something like this! I didn't know they did it in the comics but it's such an interesting and creative idea that I'm almost certain they won't do it for the movies! :P

    Any true Wonder Woman fan would say yes. It it wasn’t for the superhero hits of yesterday, when people were at home watching and not on their mobile phones, we wouldn’t have these films.

    Yay! It would be cool if she played a villain like Circe but since it is for WW2 (which has enough villains with Kristen Wiig and maybe Pedro Pascal) a fun cameo (or hopefully a bigger secondary role) is also good! :)

    Lynda Carter not showing up in one of the Wonder Woman films is like peanut butter never meeting up with jelly or the Earth without the Sun. It must happen. It's obvious. She's necessary. She's a gem.
