Suicide Squad: Hell To Pay is now available on Digital HD, and to celebrate Warner Bros. has released a new clip which features Deadshot and Captain Boomerang antagonizing each other in jail. Christian Slater and Liam McIntyre voice Deadshot and Boomerang, respectively.

Produced by Warner Bros. Animation, DC Entertainment and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment, Suicide Squad: Hell to Pay finds Amanda Waller’s top secret “Task Force X” – Deadshot, Bronze Tiger, Killer Frost, Captain Boomerang, Harley Quinn and Copperhead – on a mission to retrieve a mystical object so powerful that they’re willing to risk their own lives to steal it. But the Suicide Squad isn’t the only group of villains seeking to possess the object. The race is on for the golden prize … and, to stay alive, second place isn’t an option.

Suicide Squad: Hell To Pay hits Blu-ray on April 10th and is available for pre-order at Amazon now.

    i literally just got finished watching the movie and as much as I loved Assault on Arkham, I found this just as entertaining. I loved seeing the various characters of the DC Universe....from the Savages to Professor Pyg to Zoom and his crew. I hope they make more movies like these which involve vast characters from within DC. The dark comedy, the unpredictability, the action and the fact that this was a pure Suicide Squad movie unlike Assault on Arkham which had Batman and Joker as supporting characters made me love this even more. You can never tell who's gonna die when it comes to these Suicide Squad stories....this is Suicide Squad done right unlike that shitty movie we had to endure back in 2016. On a side note, I loved the art style of Assault on Arkham compared to this one.

      Savage was not done well. A lot of good build up for nothing. I also take issue with how many villains this universe kills off. Not many left at this point.

        Yeah. Even I didn't like with how they were killing villains left and right. But since this a one time movie, I guess that gives the writers to do so. Like how they killed off King Shark, Killer Frost and KG Beast in Assault on Arkham.

          That yes, but they have been doing that consistently -- Raz al Gul is dead, and so is his daughter. Deathstroke was killed off in Judas Contract. A bunch of c-listers from Gotham were killed off in Bad Blood too. And now this.

          At the same time, Black Manta somehow survived having been chewed up by a megalodon.

        As for Savage, I'm glad he was overpowered by my boy Zoom! XD Hell I was surprised to see Zoom in the first place since the trailers advertised Savage to be the big bad. I also like how this is a continuation of Flashpoint. I was really surprised to see that. But can anyone explain how Zoom's still alive with a hole in his head?! Lol

          That's what I personally didn't like. The hole in the head and the speed thing is just ridiculous. They didn't need to do that, they didn't have to tie it to Flashpoint. He could have been dying from anything.

            actually,the tie is the very interesting part. as it implies this universe is still connected to the pre-flashpoint one.
            maybe they could do rebirth storyline given this fact,but i prefer they don't.

          He is alive because he moved so fast on the multiverse where he got shot, that he slowed down his death, and then came to this universe to get the card. That was my takeaway.

          Loved the twist on Waller at the end. The Squad will at least have the last laugh knowing the truth.

            I don't remember...but I think I saw somewhere John Constantine telling Waller that the card is used up when she comes to him seeking advice how to use it. (though actually that isn't how the card was designed by Neron. It's supposed to resurrect people...why is everyone afraid of hell here? :P )

            Is it in the end credits? I didn't find any.

            When Waller goes to see Constantine, was that in the comics or one of the animated movies? I don't remember seeing that.

            There is no cameo in the SS credits, unfortunately.

            Hmmm...it's a bit hard to remember with John's own animated series now happening.

            Will check and find if I can if its in a book. What was the last animated movie before this in this universe?

            Gotham by Gaslight, and it wouldn't have been in that one. Maybe it was from Justice League Dark. It has been awhile since I have seen that one, can't remember it.

            Found it. Not John Constantine, it's Jason Blood...which is weird cause Blood died in JL Dark which is in continuity to this....

            It's in a tie in comic with the same name.

            Seems just like comics...one day a guy's dead, one day he isn't.

        I don't think Savage is dead, he kind of just fell over. Its important to kill off reverse flash tho, he's just too OP of a villain to have around all the time.

        i...don't see any wasted build-up,but it's just me.
        but i like how bold their approach to risk killing villains (and heroes),something the comicbook is often shy to. and for next villains to beat,dude, DC is 84 years old. many creepy bastards were made during that years. you think few killings in this movie would left heroes without enemy?

      Suicide Squad is decent, but the PG rating really limited it, this showed what could be done with an R rating. Plenty of bloody bullet hits, violence and even flashes of nudity.

    It was probably one of the goriest, bloodiest and kill-fest DC animated movies to date.

    Slight Spoiler Alert Ahead.........Go in knowing that several A-list and B-list villains and anti-heros get killed, include a Batman villain. It is dark, as it should be to fit a Suicide Squad story. The thing I found irritating was the forced "Marvel" humor, mostly coming from Harley, which fell flat. They should have hired better sarcastic joke writers, or left it out.

    They did kind of explain, or mention, why Waller is now skinny, though I much prefer the full-figured version. Speaking of changes, lots of it regarding many of the character's appearances, including Bronze Tiger, Copperhead (his snake skin is all tech now) and Silver Banshee who now resembles a punk rocker chick from the 80's.

    Settle in for a female strip club, a male stripper and his large package who use to be Dr Fate, a security guard watching porn movies, Deadshot saying something like, "If we are done yanking each other off...." LOL. It is clearly for adults, and I of course loved it, but it earns its R rating (it is R, right?), so parents be warned. Overall, not my favorite DC animated movie, but definitely worth a watch.

        This is the first Suicide Squad animated movie. The Squad did appear in the Batman: Assault on Arkham but that was based on the game universe.

    Wouldn't say it's one of DC's best animated, but it was good entertainment. Unlike JL Dark this one imo actually deserved the R rating

    i like it,best suicide squad movie ever,eventhough the bar isn't set really high.

    this is alan burnett's last script before retirement,no? i think he can walks out from DC studio with head held high given the quality if this movie. expect no less from mask of phantasm's writer.

    A truly savage movie. I think the main storyline from the Secret Six containing similar plot devices was better, but this was solid as hell.

    +The R rating is through the roof. Gory deaths, body counts extreme and nudity (damn, is this a first for a DC animated film?)
    +Deadshot as always - his frenemy stic with Boomerang, his background, him being the constant SS guy
    +Loved the dialogues.
    +Nice continuity nods

    -Body counts can be extreme but can this universe STOP KILLING EVERYONE? Like so many good villains just gone - bring more B and C list villains in. I understand SS needs a lot of deaths but this was literally overkill especially when you are supposed to be building a continuity and an universe.

    Proper Suicide Squad film. And probably one of the best in this new DC animated movie continuity.

      Agree with the A and B-lister killings. That was wrong. I guess we don't really know where this storyline exists in the timeline, so that could explain if these villains appear again in another DCAU (pre-Suicide Squad movie.)

        I do understand a bit as none of the killed villains are exactly important elements of heroes who will actually get movies in this universe....

        SPOILERS FOR THE MOVIE

        Completely expendable - Punch, Jewellee, Blockbuster, Tobias Whale, Copperhead, Killer Frost (this one atleast)
        Umm...very much still ok - Vertigo, Knockout (I am pissed off a bit, as hers and Scandal's relationship was one of my favorite elements in Secret Six), Silver Banshee, Bronze Tiger, Professor Pyg (aww...what will now happen if they try to do a B&R run with Dick and Damian?)
        WTH but then when was the last time they were relevant? - Vandal Savage, Zoom

        So I guess I am ok with all the deaths (did I miss anyone?). Just that some deserved more buildup in this universe for those deaths to have any impact.

          Some of these play into important storylines for other comics. Professor Pig (one of my Batman favs) as you noted with the B&R run, and others. Also, Tobias Whale fits in with Black Lightning if they ever do an animated version. Still, it made for some dramatic storytelling.
