      Alien covenant is my favorite... they ripped it shreds and rightfully so! the alien franchise is so crazy... it's so full of rich rich material and things to analyze yet no one has been able to produce a "great movie" since the original 2... I consider alien 3 great but didnt include it because I know how strongly fans feel about it...

         Because I've been told how disappointing the rest of the Alien films are, I haven't bothered to watch any of them past Aliens, just so I can preserve my love for them and not have it ruined.

            I really like Prometheus and Covenant when I don't think about all the problems I have with them. But, truthfully, even though I find them very good and interesting in big ways (Fassbender's acting is gorgeous in them), I still think what you're doing is the ideal experience. At least to my tastes.

            So, if you're curious about those two, check them out, but if not (and if you'd rather preserve your perception of the series), you're definitely fine as you are.

            really? you havent seen 3? it is a BUMMER (in a good way)but a conclusive end to Ripley's story... easily the darkest Alien film. you should def check it out! and even Alien Resurrection has a lot of cool stuff but is campy at times...

   ugh this one was bad. forget the pointless bashing of the dceu, the narrator clearly "phoned it in"... there is no enthusiasm or excitement from his "movie voice" in this! honest trailers are wayyyy better than this... it's just not that funny... best part was at the end when WW says "Charlie who will sing for us?" and the guy says "he clearly has PTSD, just let him go home!" Lol... more of that would have been great but oh well...

   Well, they weren't too harsh on it. LOL The softest they've ever been on a superhero movie, was The Dark Knight. Interesting that they called out Zack Snyder's unnecessary backstory for Wonder Woman, in BvS. I think you can get away with not addressing where Diana was, during Zod's invasion in MoS. But yeah, making it crystal clear, that Diana NEVER actually stopped being heroic (under the radar) is what I'm expecting in the sequel. And hopefully even in Justice League.

   Perhaps the least honest Honest Trailer I've seen. Whiffed of fear from backlash. Even the Dark Knight was mocked mercilessly until the very end of the trailer.
