Despite the fact that Joker has multiple origins in the comics? And that the origins were never canon? Even Mask of Phanatsm had Joker's gangster origin. Gee, that sounds a lot like how this film may play out.

Yes, there is negative. It doesn't matter who they get for a movie, if the concept of the movie itself is bad. And it IS a bad concept to make a movie centered on the Joker, which is clearly not meant to be a part of the barely established universe with core characters that are still not developed. That's a huge ass red flag that WB does not have a plan, and THAT is a bad thing. THAT is a good reason to be pissed.

  As to the pictures and photos, yeah, get this -- more often than not, internet gets its predictions right! Who knew that when Leto's Joker reveal first looked like shit, it would also look like shit in the movie? The answer is "everybody." I know, mind blown!

I doubt that he is upset! He is too busy to be upset with anything related with this. If he takes the hike, it won't be just him to take the hike because I doubt that any good director or actor will want to work with WB on suicide squad 2 or spin-off after of what was done to the first film. Any person who knows about making films realizes that the film was so changed and fucked it up in post-production.

Off course he won't! Nor he or Scorcese. Do you think that they will join WB to do a Joker film after seeing what WB did in suicide squad? WB is having difficulties to find a director to SS2 because most directors pass the hot potato. Scorcese would never admit that the executives and producers would fuck his film like they did with Ayer's movie. Scorcese and Leonardo will never embark in this Titanic, especially seeing what happened to the first one.
