'Deadpool' congratulates 'Wonder Woman' on passing it at the US box office

Wonder Woman already beat fellow DC Comics movies Batman v Superman and Suicide Squad at the US box office, but it just passed a big Marvel one as well.

Wonder Woman beat Deadpool's $363 million this week, and the Merc With a Mouth took to his official social media pages to congratulate her. "The Merc may be filthier, but her B.O. is stronger. Congrats #WonderWoman," the posts read. There's a nice body odor joke in there if you look close enough.

Over the weekend Wonder Woman surpassed Suicide Squad's worldwide gross, making it the second biggest movie in the DC Extended Universe.

Honest question. Do any people above the age of 15 really think Deadpool is funny?

  I don't but that is because I think of him as a ripoff of Deathstroke and Ambush Bug.
  Basically he started as a parody of Deathstroke with the 4th wall breaking of Ambush Bug.

  Yes. Im 30 and loved the movie. not familiar with the character in the comics but I've also played the Deadpool game and found that to be enjoyable and mostly because of the character, the game itself was very meh.

  Yeah, honestly I do not think is too funny, but I can understand why people like it. It's escapism in its truest form, Deadpool definitely doesn't take himself seriously and actually excels in that role. Its "different" than what's out there for this genre.

  Nope and this not me hating I never really cared for the character. I just don't find the whole "I'm a badass because I swear every 10'sec and make poop jokes " funny at all.

  Honest answer:
  I grew up with Airplane!, Blazing Saddles, Spaceballs, etc., so I have a fontanel for some juvenile humor. Deadpool seems to sate that particular part of my brain. Obviously, the humor-mileage varies with each driver, but I totally understand your question.

    I can appreciate that style of humor from time to time. What little I've seen of Deadpool hasn't done it for me though.

  The movie? Yeah, me. Now the comic book character.... eh, not a fan, but he had moments. To anyone who loved the film and wants to read about him, I'd only recommend crossovers and specials (I don't follow his regular titles, beacuse they get repetitive after a few issues, which I hope doesn't happen as well in the sequels and further appeareances).

  The "McAvoy or Stewart" moment rarely fails to crack me up everytime I rewatch the scene. That's saying something.

  Being from the UK I can say I didn't understand all the humour. That said, there were moments like when he first fought Colossus where the whole cinema was laughing.

  I'm 32 and grew up watching deadpool grow up. I thought the movie was amazing (for that property). I still like dick jokes too. Anyone who says they don't needs to grow up : )

  Yeah i thought it was brilliant and i'm 24, my Sister at 17 loves it, my best friend at 24 loved it, my Mum at 46 loved it and my Dad at 50 loved it. Reynolds is perfect as Wade and the film captured Deadpool perfectly. Honestly no offence but i feel if this was a DC film you wouldn't be asking this comment.

  They had no qualms about using a few Green Lantern nods, I'd say it's an almost certainty. If I'm not mistaken, I think they asked for permission with regards to the GL references, WB may be amiable again with Wonder Woman.

Actually, Batman v Superman has the largest worldwide gross according to BoxOfficeMojo, at $873,260,194. Wonder Woman is only the biggest DCEU movie domestically.
