Two young actors will help Jason Momoa with 'Aquaman' flashback scenes

Last month we learned that while Aquaman will take place after Justice League, there will be some flashbacks as well. It's been reported that Otis Dhanji has been cast as a 13 year old Arthur Curry, but now we know of another young actor who will help Jason Momoa tell Aquaman's story.

Aquaman Shrine tweeted that Kaan Guldur will be playing a 9 year old Arthur Curry. They also say that Aquaman will reveal character origins and Atlantean history via flashbacks, similar to Geoff Johns New 52 "Aquaman" comic book run.

People like his name on internet because it sounds like a foreign Atlantean name. A little bit trivia. Kaan Guldur (Kaan Güldür) is a Turkish name so I guess he is an Australian kid with Turkish parents and in Turkish Kaan literally means "monarch-ruler" as in "future king of Atlantis"

Interesting I imagine it will be like Wonder Woman showing her as a child then preteen. Not a flashback but i just want to see a Megaladon grab someone doesn't have to be Orm or Oceanmaster fyi too lazy and semi drunk to know offhand if they're the same character or not. Off topic kind of but Rebirth Aquaman is looking more and more like JL animated series just needs to lose a hand.

Hopefully the missing hand idea never returns in any form. I hated that, although I admit that without that era, no one picks Jason Momoa to play Aquaman.

For now Batman is the only one (between him Supes, WW and Aquaman) to not have a "teen" version of him. I know it's not much but I like to see the similarities between the heroes, how they evolve, what happens to them as children that impacts their lives.
