Gal Gadot and Chris Hemsworth agree: Wonder Woman would kick Thor's ass

Gal Gadot spoke to Yahoo's Katie Couric about Wonder Woman this week. At one point Gadot was asked who would win in a fight... Wonder Woman or the Marvel superhero Thor.

In the Twitter video below, Gadot made her answer very clear. "I think it's Wonder Woman. Don't you Chris?," she asked the Marvel star. Hemsworth then replied to the tweet and actually agreed! "I think she'd kick Thor's ass," he said. Gadot then replied one more timing, saying that DC and Marvel's worlds should collide to make that fight happen. Maybe one day!

Against the MCU Thor, which I hate because of how incredibly underpowered he is.. yea, Wonder Woman kicks his ass and mops the floor with him. Comic book version?
New 52 Wonder Woman puts up a good fight but loses to Thor, pre new 52? Wonder Woman destroys Thor.
Of course there are certain versions of Thor that can even give Superman a run for his money but those are rare events like Allfather Thor or Thor + Odinforce.

Lol terms of DCEU and MCU? Yeah, WW would destroy Thor. This WW can go toe to toe with Superman since he's inexperienced and still starting out. +She wasted Ares and Doomsday and who knows who she's going to mess up in Justice League. The MCU version of Thor is weak af.

    As depicted, she didn't use all her powers against Doomsday. I'm not sure if she even knows the limit of her powers.

  Hulk is also not particularly the sharpest knife in the drawer. Thor on the other hand while cocky can be fairly cunning. A single punch from Thor could basically kill Batman, so he'd have to not ever get hit.. at all, including by a flying hammer.

    DC stopped these consolations though, as Joe Quesada publicly compared them to an impotent porn star due to them not getting a Superman reboot of the ground, while Spider-man 1 made all the money. How times changed...

    He would trash any core Avengers member not called Vision, Scarlet Witch, Brother Voodoo and so on. The problem though is that a magical being as Thor would have an easy shot on him and the hammer didn´t transform him into Thor, unlike WW. She is more "worthy" than him, in that regard.

Katie Couric of Yahoo!??? She may not have caught on as an evening news anchor, but her track record should get her something much better than a failing dotcom gig. Hopefully it was a deal where they just shoveled money at her with easy work rules.

Just saw the movie today. Damn it's really really good. But I still think MOS is better but WW is better than BVS.

This outcome all depends on which versions of each we use to compare. Looking at the top ranked best available of each, Thor wins hands down. Thor could drag wonder woman into space where she can't breathe. Thor has hit an opponent so hard it created a black hole. Thor can fly at speeds in excess of several times the speed of sound. Thor can fly through stars without any ill effect. Wonder Woman can't do those things. Yes, she's a god, but not to the degree of Thor's top depicted powers. Granted, it would be a good fight, but Thor has so many advantages even without Mjolnir.

In all honesty, I 100% agree. Not only would Diana knock him into oblivion but at some point, she'd beat his ass into the ground with his very own hammer.
She'd be worthy.
