on Zack Snyder shares selfie with Gal Gadot at 'Wonder Woman' premiere in China

Justice League director Zack Snyder co-wrote the story for Wonder Woman in addition to producing it, so he was in attendance today at the big China premiere. He also had the most important job of all... he cast Gal Gadot in the role back in 2013 for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.

Snyder shared a selfie with Gadot at the premiere on Vero and said "She is amazing... perfect Wonder Woman". You can check out the photo above.

      It's going to be funnier when his fanboys try to give him the credit if WW succeeds when he was only 1 of 3 writers and nobody knows how much of the story was his.

      One thing we do know, when he is in full charge of the writing you end up with things like Sucker Punch.

        but Snyder hasnt had a hand in the actual writing of any of the DCEU movies so far. He handles a lot of the general big picture story concepts but he didn't actually write any of the scripts.

          A lot of non CBM fans know DC and Marvel are rival brands. A lot of people know Marvel is doing better than DC right now. A lot of people know DC movies have been critically panned. A lot of people know DC has been trying to follow Marvel's footsteps with less success.

          You think only CBM fans laughed at sad Ben Affleck? I saw that video on major news websites. You think only CBM fans laughed at "Martha" memes?

          With internet and social media people are aware of these things.

          Because the movies have had mixed audience reception and have been critically panned.
          Because they've had massive second weekend box office drops.
          Because BvS was a huge financial disappointment
          Because DC's reputation is rock bottom right now.
          Because DC is widely perceived as inferior to Marvel, it's main competitor.
          Because outside of a few selfish DC fans who only care about themselves, there are many other DC fans who want and deserve something better and who want these characters to be embraced by everyone as they once were.

            selfish? Thats a stupid way to describe them. Some people just don't have a problem with what Snyder has done so far and they just genuinely LIKE these movies. Is that really so hard to comprehend? Believe it or not, more people like them than don't like them. It wont seem that way on the internet, but out of all my friends, I think only one of them didn't like BvS. Its not that we DON'T want the movies to appeal to the masses. We want nothing more than that to happen. We are just frustrated we don't believe these movies are as bad as some other people think they are and we don't understand why they are so hated. The only DCEU movie so far that I really haven't liked was Suicide Squad

        It depends on the extensiveness of the reshoots. If it's just a scene or two, then it's no biggie. If it's half the fucking movie, then it is a problem, and you should accept that. It means there's little faith going around about the movie, inside the studio. Let's not turn a blind eye just because we like these properties in comic book form.

          You call it fine, I call it "shoving in as much fan service as they can in order to fool the dummies in the audience (most of it) and distract them from the absolute lack of character development, generic story and plot, and nothing else in between".
          And well, apparently the website reporting it actually got the Rogue One reshoots right, as well as Affleck's rehab... Wouldn't you call that credible?

      How curious that when several weeks ago it was OFFICIALLY announced that Spider-Man Homecoming was having some big reshoots nobody batted an eye, but then a simple rumour about a DC movie just makes that said movie a big, abysmal, utter failure. Curious indeed...

    “Wonder Woman”，“Wonder”=“神奇”。“Woman”=“女侠”。If we directly translate English into Chinese, "Woman " will be "女人"。But considering Wonder Woman is a superhero,so we put"侠" at the end. "侠" is a Chinese word means a group of people who help the poor or the weak,but they don't want any reward. That is the reason why "Wonder Woman " translates to "神奇女侠".
    Other examples like "Batman "-"蝙蝠侠"，“Spider man ”-"蜘蛛侠"，“the Flash ”-"闪电侠"，“Iron man”- “钢铁侠”，“Green Lantern”-“绿灯侠”，“Green Arrow”-“绿箭侠”
