on Gal Gadot says the new 'Justice League' trailer is coming "soon"

The Justice League footage that was released last year at Comic-Con was just a "first look" sneak peek. Technically, it wasn't a trailer. Many fans had hoped for that first true trailer late last year, but it never came. So when can we expect it?

According to Wonder Woman herself, Gal Gadot, the trailer is coming "soon". Gadot posted her Wix Super Bowl commercial over the weekend on Facebook, and replied to a fan who said he was hoping for a Justice League trailer during the Super Bowl too.

So how soon is "soon"? Well, the next big Warner Bros. movie is Kong: Skull Island and it comes out on March 10th. I would bet that they'd want the Justice League trailer out before then so they can play it before their big movie.

    "Soon" is a very relative term. Gonna go see Batman Lego on Friday, maybe the trailer will be tied to it.

      I wondered that too. We had preview screenings of LEGO last weekend here in the UK and the trailers we had were all kids films sadly.

        Not really. It was just a first look, and that's technically exactly what it was. It didn't feel quite like a trailer in terms of editing, etc.

    Im actually very pleased with my patience, i can wait, there’s no need to rush it, its going to be amazing anyway, just keep it light with Supes, no need to see him now, leave that for the actual film..

    I wouldn't surprised if something is released over the weekend during release of Batman Lego movie or next weekend. Than the trailer will be shown with release of Kong.

    "Soon" doesn't really mean anything.... She could mean within the next few weeks, or perhaps, a couple of months from now. This is barely worth reporting.

    Generally, we would know by now if it was dropping with the Lego Batman movie. Chris tracks that stuff with another source.
    I could see the first trailer dropping with Kong, or, in my opinion, if they were smart they would wait until Wonder Woman given WB's failure with BvS and spoiling so many key moments of the movie in the trailers.
    And honestly, I doubt she really knows. Trailers are for the in-house production to keep track of. Actors are usually hands off on that type of work once they're done on screen and dubbing. So "soon" could just be her saying be patient, it'll come eventually because it has to.

    The movie is 9 months away. They will definitely release a thrilling trailer on Comic-Con because its such a big event. And if they release one trailer now, we will be having 2 trailers already & the movie will still be 4 months away. Then they release some clips, TV spots, and a final trailer, just like they did for BvS..
    The movie will be ruined !! :(
    I'm a big fan of Justice League and I'm super duper exited for the movie, but I don't want any trailer now.

      For bvs it was like 11 months before the movie came out. But I think they're trying something new with the marketing even though they should be focused on the promotional material like posters and stuff cause the bvs posters were trash and if the JL posters are trash then the movie is most likely gonna be trash.

    honestly I think a lot of people are underestimating the sheer raw power of the first official trailer for Justice League will have. They aren't about to just toss this thing out whenever. Ya a lot of people are on the fence because of the controversy surrounding DC's prior movies, but ultimately that doesn't really matter here. Its still the first ever live action Justice League movie. This is HUGE.

      Indeed, just take into account all those people who say that "are done with DC" but anyway all of them are impatiently expecting that trailer like the rest of us. I don't remember the last time a trailer being so caveated

    I think WB should concentrate in Wonder Woman first. They should release one or two more trailers and then, when WW premieres, they also could premiere Justice League trailer. Give boys your girl a chance.
