Aquaman is scheduled to begin shooting in Australia later this spring, and the team was all together today to read over the script.
Director James Wan just shared a photo on Twitter of himself with Jason Momoa (Aquaman), Amber Heard (Mera), and Patrick Wilson (Ocean Master).
Aquaman is scheduled to be released on October 5, 2018.

It's really intriguing how they will do the "under water" scenes and fight. Because most of them live at the bottom of the ocean.

Hopefully waiting for a sequel. No need to blow your load in one film. Ocean Master is more than enough bad guy for one film.
Eh, thats what we all thought with the Green Lantern movie, where's Sinestro? You know the one GL villain the majority of audiences care about? Oh, don't worry he'll be the villain in the sequel.... I understand why they are doing what they are doing, but at the same time, you never know, this movie could be a total bomb (not saying it will be, my hopes for everything DCU that is Snyder-less are cautiously optimistic) but if it does and they don't go forward with a sequel it would suck that we didn't get a chance to see one of the coolest and most iconic villains on the big screen.
They took the time to establish Sinestro as a preeminent Green Lantern, leading to him taking on the yellow ring in the mid-credits scene. I don't blame them for that; I do blame them for making Hector Hammond a greasy creep, and Parallax just shouldn't exist anyway.
But I did love the Hot Wheels track for the runaway helicopter.
Momoa looks like he was born to play Aquaman...
Don't he though? Long haired Aquaman or short hair Aquaman, he could do either one. I think if Snyder really committed him to looking like Aquaman in comics, people would be surprised at how much of a likeness he'd have to the character. This is going to put him on the map in a massive way.
I always thought he'd make a better Lobo but I'm curious as to how Aquaman will turn out

Chris did report those WW rumors when they were new.
I only report things for reliable sources, not random YouTube channels. I don't remember reporting anything about WW having problems either.

A guy who started his Twitter account almost 2 years ago, has less than 260 followers, and says in the description of his channel that he likes analyzing news is the definition of a random YouTube channel.
Unless he's been building his reputation in the inner circles of Hollywood like the guys on Collider, Screen Junkies or even Umberto Gonzalez (regardless of your evaluation to his style) then I'd pass since his opinion isn't different from the posts in a comment section.

After watching that whole video seems like a hell of a lot of conjecture.
I don't think their "Source" has any idea what they're talking about because this sounds like the same rumors we've been hearing that is generated by negative buzz because of the hatred Zack Snyder gets.
So, their source says that JL has problems, and you say that it doesn't sound plausible because that's what other sources say too?
If anything, this is a more reputable source because they never jumped on the hate wagon.

Saying JLs story changed everyday of filming is ridiculous... BvS only problem was that Goyer had written the original story and Terrio had to rewrite it. JL is written by Terrio and not Goyer and the script was done long before production.
Wonder Womans story being a "Mess" when it's a straight up prequel with Ares god of war in WW1...
This is nothing more than jumping on the hate bandwagon with BS. This is like when people said King Arthur was pushed back because of the film being awful. It was pushed back because of competition. Same reason Aquaman got pushed back.... It's called maximizing profits.
The guy in the video even says they are fixable issues. Because why? to put him in a safe spot if WW and JL actually turns out to be good.

It's all crap. It is well known that negative DCEU articles drives more clicks than positive DCEU articles. This is thoroughly explained by Forbes writer, Mark Hughes, in the latest Holy BatCast. If people would listen to his explanation and still can honestly say that it's not true, then they're dumbasses. People want to live in fear rather than be positive. It's a self fulfilling prophecy, explained rather well in Tomorrowland. I wish people would start thinking with their own brains and make conclusions AFTER they see these films. I hated Suicide Squad and was underwhelmed with DOJ after watching it in theatres. I think that is the case with most people with eyes.
Negative rumors usually sport more clicks, especially when it comes to the DCEU. There's been so many of that around I'm actually glad I could find a safe haven for DC fans. Anyhow, Chris has reported bad news before, and let's face it, a site called "Batman-news" and you expect it not to be a fanboy site? And I'm pretty sure the review for Justice League Dark is coming. Be patient mate.

There's been LEGO Batman coverage, just not as much as live-action movies because it doesn't generate as much interest and I'm just one man. I run this site in my free time. It's not my job.
It definitely is, but I haven't been covering that movie on Batman News. I pick and choose which animated movies I cover. I would *love* to cover everything, but as I said, this site is a hobby I run in my free time. One day if I'm lucky enough to have it be my job, I'll cover it ALL :)

I guess this squashes rumors that Black Manta was actually the main villain and Ocean Master is a supporting villain. Why would Patrick Wilson be there and not the big bad?
I'm actually thinking this might be a really good film... Everyone seems excited, but most importantly, it seems Wan knows what he's doing. Although the progress of this movie kind of makes me worry about Flash even more... Aquaman is due next year and they're ready. Flash is supposed to release sooner, and they don't even have a director yet.
Considering that Tomb Raider took it's spot, I think it's guaranteed that it's not happening next year.

On a visual level, Aquaman is the most interesting hero of the Justice League. The technology to bring his vast underwater world to live is finally with us. Not to forget the flowing hair Snyder's also going to use in JL, just look at Bardem's Captain Salazar from the new Pirates film, that looks fantastic
I hope Wan will decide to shoot the film on 35mm, hopefully also partly on 65mm/IMAX tho. I hope he gets a talented cinematographer and shoots as much in camera as possible

Dude, we're getting a frickin' AQUAMAN movie. And Black Adam and Gotham Sirens and Justice League and The Batman and Justice League Dark and all these other DC movies which, as a fan, couldn't make me happier. Maybe be a little happy yourself on how awesome all of this is instead of focusing only on the negative? Jesus, people.

That's far from what I mean. Flash was supposed to come out BEFORE Aquaman. Was just dropped with no director. I think coming up with several new fillms is dope but dont sacrifice ones you have already started. Actors already signed.
I am excited for Wonder Woman and Justice league but I seriously think Aquaman will be the best comic book film ever made. It's hot so much going for it and the stunt team behind Fury Road makes me believe this movie will be a game changer for action cinema.
