NBC has released the first official trailer for Powerless, their upcoming office comedy that's set in its own DC universe. A previous trailer leaked last year, but it was based on the original pilot episode. Since then, the showrunner has been replaced and the show has been given a soft reboot.
Powerless follows Emily Locke, who lands her dream job as Director of Research and Development for Wayne Security in Charm City, home to super heroes and villains and citizens fed up with the collateral damage of their constant fighting.
Bruce Wayne even makes a cameo in the trailer, though it's via text message. Check it out and let me know what you think. Powerless premieres Thursday, February 2 at 8:30/7:30c.
