New behind-the-scenes look at Jared Leto's Joker from 'Suicide Squad'

"Sometimes I struggle to get the shot. It's a movie first, a still photo second," Suicide Squad set photographer Clay Enos said in a new Instagram post. There's a big video camera in his way, but it still made for a cool shot.

In this new behind-the-scenes look, Enos shared an image of Jared Leto's Joker filming the Batmobile car chase scene from Suicide Squad. You can even see Batman hanging out on top of the car in the top right of the photo.

Suicide Squad: Extended Cut is available to pre-order now. It comes to Digital HD on November 15th, and Blu-ray on December 13th.

Logan may be my most anticipated comic film of 2017. The X-men road had 2 bumps in the middle and the last Wolverine film (watch the DC) fought against serious studio meddling in the 3rd act, but the franchise fully deserves a last hurrah for the 2 main stars after 16 years. Few film franchises tried and experimented so hard. There would be no MCU or DCEU if they, Spider-man and Blade didn´t show us what a modern comic film looks like.
Read the current Old Man Logan book too, it´s the best Marvel book on the market.

Thanks for pointing that out. It's incredible how people have forgotten about the good X Men movies.
X Men, X2, The Wolverine (extended), First Class and Days of Future Past have been good to great! But now people act like Fox has only produced mediocre films. I know they have their flaws and some were bad, but c'mon! Poor Singer is suffering a witch hunt like Snyder!

  No, X-Men 2 was horrible except for the intro. X-Men started to be great with First Class (which is still my favourite Marvel so far) and with whatever X-Men followed except of course the Wolverine movies which were horrible. So Logan will probably suck as well. Can't wait for Skullpoopl 2

  I love Apocalypse/Deadpool (X-2 is my favorite, to state my top 3) and i didn´t even "hate" X-3 (it works as a shut you brain off movie, but NOT as a sequel). X-O though is one of the worst comic adaptations of all time. That they 100% overcame it in 1 slightly rushed in production film (!) is an accomplishment on it´s own... Singer can make all the comic films he wants, he is one of grandmasters, and an overall accomplished director in his own right.

    Totally agree. For me Apocalypse could have been a bit better, but I liked it though, terrific scenes with Quicksilver and Wolverine, and liked how they portrayed Apocalypse.
    X3 and Origins, well, I can watch them when there's no other thing on, I suppose I'm past the point where I was disappointed with them.
    And yes, for me Singer still gets it!

Excited for the Extended Cut. The confirmed scenes so far are the Joker/Harley flashback on the road, Deadshot in prison thinking of his daughter, the extended bar scene, at least one scene with Katana, and the extended Joker scene in Arkham.

Hopefully there's these scenes too:
1. El Diablo's introductory scene in Belle Reve (him blowing out a match then being escorted to the tank). It's a small scene, but it adds a lot to the character.
2. Extended Batmobile chase scene with the line "hope you got insurance." (bonus points if Batman says "Joker took something important from me. It's my turn." like in the Novel)
3. Killer Croc's backstory + vomiting goat scene. I wanted to see more of this version of Croc, and tho the vomiting scene isn't really needed, it would be funny.
4. At least one more scene with Flag and Moone. This would help solidify their relationship, and we didn't get much of that in theaters.
5. "I can't wait to show you my toys." Joker's only quotable line
6. Slipknot's brief, unsympathetic backstory. It's not much, but it makes him less relatable before his death.
7. Captain Boomerang's racist/sexist quips + his interactions with Harley. Would have added some development to this mediocre character.
8. The extended Ace Chemicals scene. If this is in it, it will likely be like the novel.

Sadly, it's highly unlikely that the alternate scenes will be added in, so probably no alternate opening, Joker shoving Harley to kill her, or Joker in the final battle.

as cool as this is, maybe he should focus more on good writing, storytelling and character development than in little quips and references that nobody will get unless they watch this. if anything it makes me angrier to watch this because it means he put a lot of effort in silly things rather than on delivering a solid coherent story.

  Great arguments and thesis's, even though a few are really reaching and some are too subtle to notice. That's not necessarily a problem, but a great film should be seen as a great film at first glance, not be dissected before you decide it's great. I don't consider Man of Steel to be a masterpiece, though it is above average. However, in my opinion it's better than all but maybe a couple of the MCU movies as well as Superman II, III, and IV (I still don't think it's as good as the first Superman movie or Superman: TAS), and is highly underrated. Of all the DCEU films, this one is the best.

    I disagree. I don't think any form of art should be considered great only if it's great the first time around. With movies, there's so much going on during a first viewing that our brains can't process it all. So the subsequent viewings are the ones that solidify the visuals, dialogue, and various other intricacies that we miss the first time around. The dissections help find all of the meanings behind various uses of camera angles, lighting, dialogue, etc., and then after an examination, all of the information can flow freely once we know what to pick up on. That, I think, is when certain movies can become great.

  MOS was amazing. It's the Superman movie I've been hoping to see for so long. And with BvS (which is, FOR ME, the best superhero movie so far) it just gets better. Can't wait to see what Zack Snyder will show us his vision of the other superheroes.

    I agree it should not have been hacked by the studio. I agree it's not as good as Man of Steel or BvS. I posted this cause it's a positive outlook on a film that most people hate. I incidentally don't agree with a lot of this video, but I enjoy Suicide Squad as a guilty pleasure.

So he is great for copying other people's work willy nilly without it meaning shit to the actual movie at hand?
Let this be a lesson kids: If you want to make a more intelligent movie than what you can muster in your own brain (because, and this is very important, he didn't write the script), do not base most of it on cool looking storyboards. Movies that are mostly made by trailer shots, are generally weak movies.
