Just like he did to promote the Blu-ray for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, set photographer Clay Enos is starting to build hype for the home video release of Suicide Squad.
In this new, behind-the-scenes look, Enos shared an image of Jared Leto's Joker hanging upside-down in the helicopter from Suicide Squad.
Suicide Squad: Extended Cut is available to pre-order now. It comes to Digital HD on November 15th, and Blu-ray on December 13th.

Wish Leto's Joker was utilized better in the film. The quick glimpses we got of Leto in the classic Joker look was perfect. Probably the closest look to the comic and animated series ever shown on screen

It's just too bad his performance was underwhelming and his character was completely underused.
Had to re-watch The Dark Knight twice the week after Suicide Squad came out to rinse out the bad taste.
I have a feeling Ben is setting up Leto's Joker for his 2nd solo Batman film. He wants to establish his Bruce Wayne/Batman further before he unleashes DC's Ace (as the MAIN villain not some side character with 10 mins of screen time).
Lol I don't know about you guys, but I still have hope for Leto! Some small moments in the film like when he's shooting everyone from the chopper, when he rescued Harley from prison in his SWAT outfit (this scene was pure Batman TAS), when he killed the guard from the lab with a bag of explosive cupcakes were perfect! I feel all he needs in the next movies is more cruelty, sadism, craziness, screen time and a better representation of his abusive relationship with Harley.
that dance with Harley was perfect, pure fanservice, it is the closest to comic book Joker we got so far, the only problem i have are the tatoos but i didnt even care while watching the movie, i even found cool the moment when he laughs trough his hand, i am sure the complete cut will have more of what you are talking about, i liked this Joker and the moderns spin on the characters they did in the dccu
I also think the tattoos are unnecessary but just like you, they didn't bother me during the movie. I also thought that he laughing through his hand was a cool touch, but I still prefer the insane over the top characteristic Joker laugh that Leto delivered while shooting his gun in the chopper, that was when I was sold on his Joker!
I truly hope that we only see him in suits going forward. He'll always look perfect that way.

Due to recent comments made by Affleck, concerning the "progress" of his Batman solo movie, I hope WB fast tracks that Harley Quinn movie, ASAP! A Harley v Joker movie, showing them breaking up, making up, and breaking up again, featuring Poison Ivy, and a few other notable female DC characters, would be pretty amazing. https://uploads.disquscdn.c...
I was thinking the same thing! He probably doesn't want to do a Batman solo anytime soon so maybe WB should get their head out of their asses and go to the next best thing, Harley! People loved her.
Ben will do him justice in his 2nd film if there is one..I hope more of Letos joker will show up in other films...
at this point, they would do better by teasing some behind the scene images of harley quinn. This joker kills the movie for me. No matter how much make up, green dye, or tattoos, he just doesn't resemble the joker.
How can you say he doesn't resemble the joker. He is far more comic acurate appearance wise than Heath Ledger.

If it all, I am starting to think they are strictly going to focus on other villains......but I just can't see a Batman franchise without the Joker at one point or another.
yes, they should focus on other villains for sure, but would be great if the Joker menace be felt in the air... like a ghost
That would be ideal...and at some point in time, have him be the focal point as we still need to see what Leto can fully do.
i would love to see this Joker with this Batman, how it was their relationship and how it is now, what i dont wanna see is Robin, never liked it, but they should put his death scene
i'd love to see the evolution of Leto's Joker, the tats, how Batman knocked out his teeth, etc... i don't like Robin either, but i think that tell the story of his death is inevitable this time
Ben's not even interested in doing a solo film. It's as if WB is forcing him to do one at this point. They really should just let this Batman be a groupie.

i would have love to see the design by Wilkinson and Snyder, tha would have been amazing, still i am sure they have some input, Snyder is executive ´producer after all
I liked this Joker (what we saw at least) but yeah a totally designed Joker by those two would be awesome.
Well, seeing that Joker changed costumes to reflect those frome comics, and that some people at DC said that (if I remember well) this Joker is always changing like in the comics, we could see some changings in his outfit and tattoos and all that .
Ah, the part where he's laughing like a maniac while spraying rounds from his GOLDEN AK-47. I forget what level you had to be to that in CoD 4.

Relax, it was something he was doing between takes. In that scene he had long sleeves ao it wasn't necessary to have make-up on those parts of his body ;)
