Anna Kendrick dresses as Robin and asks Ben Affleck for a role in 'The Batman' (video)

This is crazy timing!

Yesterday on Twitter I was just saying how great Ben Affleck and Anna Kendrick's chemistry has been in their interviews for The Accountant, and that maybe she'd make a good sidekick for him in The Batman. Today, MTV released a skit with the two actors about that very subject!

It started as just a regular junket interview with MTV's Josh Horowitz, before Kendrick started expressing how much she loves superhero movies. She then started pitching Ben Affleck for a role in The Batman, even going as far as dressing up as Robin!

The skit is pretty funny, and you can watch it above, but what do you think of Ben Affleck giving Anna Kendrick a Batman role? I was thinking more along the lines of Batgirl when I tweeted about it yesterday:

Never a fan of Carrie Kelley as Robin. Anna would be a great fit for Barbara Gordon/Batgirl/Oracle. Now we need to cast an older Dick Grayson as Nightwing and we are good to go.

  never could understand the love for carrie kelley. she's dull and has horrible fashion sense. she's just "the girl robin." and she can't even claim that for herself because stephanie brown was robin too.

    It's Zack Snyder but yeah it's a stupid decision cause he actually knows her from Sucker Punch so he knows how good she is in action, why she didn't get a herione role is really beyond me.
