The incredible 'Suicide Squad' end credits and easter eggs are officially online (update)

One of the coolest parts about Suicide Squad was actually its end credits. No, not because the movie was over (I really liked Suicide Squad!), but because it had awesome graphics to accompany the credits.

Buddha Jones is the Los Angeles based company that created those awesome credits, and they've put them online for the world to see! They also did work on the trailers, TV spots, and even the movie itself. They did some of the visual effects and they uploaded a highlight reel of that too!

This is your chance to relive some of the coolest moments in Suicide Squad in glorious 1080p, before the Blu-ray is released later this year. For example, in the VFX highlight reel, we get to see a lot of shots of The Joker and Harley Quinn (including that amazing easter egg), plus that classic Deadshot comic book moment, and lots more!

Ayer said the reason for the damaged tattoo and the grills were because Batman beat the shit out of him after Robin's death but he had them when he was talking to Harley in Arkham Asylum, there is so much inconsistency.

  Since Ayer is only saying this and there is nothing filmed it's not canon yet so this could be an easy fix all they would have to do is have batman knock out jokers teeth after shooting Barbara then after he creates Harley they kill Robin together

      I personally don't believe this rumor due to the fact it doesn't really make sense. This is a major scene that involves only batman and the joker but in this film joker is a side character and batman is a cameo since neither are main characters it would be a distraction from the film and main characters they are trying to get you to invest in. It would have been much more believable if this scene showed up in BVS UE because Bruce is a main character and it gives his character more reasoning behind why he has lost his humanity. In addition all the flashbacks that feature the joker are from Harley's perspective even the ones cut such as her confronting him and pointing the gun at him so it wouldn't make sense to include a flash back for a non squad member that really side tracks from the story. Again this is just my opinion I understand completely that fans want this scene I just don't think based on what we saw in the movie and the scenes that were cut that we know about for this to have been filmed for this particular movie.

      Right. As someone said on a podcast I recently listened to, lots of ideas get kicked around in pre-production that don't necessarily get realized verbatim in the film. That may well have been what Ayer had in mind when they did the character design, but it didn't get filmed that way.

    you know what I'd like? Fuck the whole 'you damaged me' shit, make it so that batman punched his teeth out after Jason, and generally ignore the flashbacks in suicide squad. I really liked an idea somebody posted, where the Joker got his 'damaged' tattoo as a reminder to Batman that he damaged him - he won. Whenever Batman looks at the Joker, he's reminded of what he truly is: damaged.

  Ayer himself said that this exponentiation is his "head canon" and the last thing a comic reader should fear are ret-cons. I would like this backstory to come true though.
  Joker will should also go through a few more looks before all is said and done. His comic looks changes about once every big story after all.

  Could allude to "the first time" Joker broke her out. Could be she had a cappucino machine before and they had taken it away for whatever reason; hence the seemingly "out of place" request.

Thant was my favorite shot of them all. The movie had its flaws but it brought a new creativity to opening and closing credits that I have never seen before. It reminded me of those old school street fighter games introducing the characters you chose, really loved it!

One of my favorite parts of the movie was the Deadshot scene in the rooftop, actually most of his scenes were great. I would love to see a Deashot solo movie.

I'm pretty sure that the whole MTV/ Miami Vice feel, including the Hot Topic graphics, came with the reshoots.

  Ayer drove the songs inclusions himself . He even came to Twenty One Pilots for Heathens!
  Calling the songs thrown in or whatever, is nonsensical due to the complicated music rights and they way they flew well with the overall score. The are a noted appeal of the film by fans too. Having Seven Nation Army play after Paranoid, for a similar effect, is my one personal complain. Ayer´s fitting description of the film: "It’s really this anarchic punk rock art movie."

We? What was your contribution to making the film? Seeing a movie a couple times and posting online doesn't make any of us part of the we that worked hard on this film. Being a fan, like millions of others, doesn't mean anything because it involves no risk. If your name isn't in the credits then you didn't survive anything.

The we here are the fans of DC Films that love these movies.
He wasn't implying we were part of the movie or that we took great risks just to go watch it—and you probably know it.
What we did survive is the very real risk of the DC Films being discontinued just because the crits and a vocal minority of the audience(that make up a majority of online presence) don't think it's a good idea.

  The days before the 400 mil. BvS opening announcement had me really worried, but WE survived and had more movies added. Thus we can survive anything, excluding multiple flops in a row. None flopped so far, all 3 pleased me.

    Me too. What I love is how distinct Suicide Squad feels from Zack's movies but still like it's set in the same universe. I guess it's the aesthetics but Squad was very much a David Ayer movie and really appreciated that.
