Ben Affleck rents house in London to keep family close during 'Justice League' shoot

Despite a very public divorce, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner continue to remain friends and do what's best for their kids. E! News has learned that Affleck is renting a house in North London while he shoots Justice League: Part One, and that Garner and their three kids plan to visit for a month.

Zack Snyder announced that cameras would start rolling on Monday, April 11th at Warner Bros Studios Leavesden, and if Affleck rented a house for he and his family, it's safe to assume that everything will proceed as planned.

I know this report is a bit gossipy, but it's actually great news! It should put to bed any rumors or speculation that Justice League: Part One is in trouble, or delayed, etc.

  Fingers crossed. Actually it is really logical. Since BvS is still in theaters some teaser images may increase ticket sales. So it is quite possible WB and Zach Snyder to release something to stimulate fandom.

If I understood correctly, William Goldenberg is eyed to take over editor chair on "JL". However, nothing has been signed.
Also apparently Chris Terrio and Zack Snyder make minor changes in the script.

    I have noticed that too. That's why I think JL continues as scheduled, with Zack still calling the plays and pulling the gun, which I have no problem with. Make some changes to the script if you think it will help, but keep everything else in tact. Terrio said is was going to be a lighter tone than Batman V Superman, anyways, which was one of the complaints from the critics, so that alone should help quite a bit.

  I think they care more than you'd like to admit. Plus, it isn't just about making money; even the worst movies make some money. What they're looking for is a hit, otherwise they wouldn't have spent so much trying to produce a cinematic universe when they can just "make money" with their regular Batman/Superman cycle.

  Fans should listen to you Chris. You said it has it's flaws, but that it was a big improvement from Man Of Steel, and that is all I ever asked for. I predict WB/DC movies will get progressively better with the critics, so I think if we would have had a stand alone Batman movie first, then Batman V Superman (introducing Wonder Woman only) then Batman V Superman would have done better...I really do. I wish they did not feel so hyper to play catch up with Marvel.

        For starters, Not once did I mention marvel, when I said narrow minded I meant people who didn't want to accept that DC is going a route that doesn't necessarily follow the exact blue print of the comics. So once people saw that this was different, they were quick to call it bad, or not fun or too dark... I for one thought it was a great movie, and simply made a statement that I believe was true.

        What?!? You're kidding right? Fury road made well enough for an artist's Australian film. Fury road is far better than anything Snyder has made to date. Watchmen bombed, and it was 2009, after blockbusters like dark knight and iron man were released. And Miller's JL didn't see light for different reasons. It was an age of a realistic Batman and the studios weren't sure if they should reboot superman or continue with superman returns.
        And it's Zack Snyder the one with style over substance. Miller told a solid story with minimal dialogue and narrative. Snyder can only dream of reaching the heights of such perfect storytelling and character development.

        You know that style over substance is Zacks specialty right? Also it didn't make as much at the box office because it was r-rated and didn't have a big fan base it still earned back it's money 2x about 180 million profit, while Zack watchmen only made like a 40-50 million profit.   Snyder won't make drastic changes to the aesthetic, and Terrio is still on script duties. It feels like unless they make a quite different movie, it could be more of the same on the critic front. However, Terrio did state that JL won't be as dark as BvS, so there's that.

    Well lets not forget that Man of Steel and BvS both had very different tones and cinematography. Not to forget the way the different ways the stories were told. Now it's probably true that Fong will once again be the DOP (Mokri did Man of Steel) so it might be that Justice League will be more akin to BvS than Man of Steel but I really don't expect the exact same cinematography. Terrio said he sees Justice League as the third film in the trilogy (to me, it's Superman's trilogy) and either he or Snyder said that Justice League will be lighter in tone.
    What I meant with "an easier pill to swallow" is that the story is not by definition something as unique as BvS'. I bet it will be a very different team up film than X-Men or Avengers but it's not something we've never had on film before if you know what I mean. Also that we've seen basically all the Justice League members on film before. I feel that the critics are afraid of anything new so this will ease things up a bit for them lol.
    Still, when it comes to the story, I think that BvS laid a perfect foundation for the film. We're dealing with three big storylines they'll deal with at the beginning of the film. We can know this for sure since either BvS was very true about it but also Snyder's comments.
    We got Batman who's going to bring together the Justice League. We got them figuring out a way to bring back Superman and we got the imminent invasion that is headed Earth's way.
    I loved the scene of Lex' party in BvS and the way the trinity moved around each other. It was very clear that they all had different motivations or when they had the same motivations they wouldn't let the other know (Bruce/Diana). Not to forget that I loved the way Snyder shot the trinity fighting Doomsday. Just imagine what such scenes are going to be like when the Justice League are going to interact with each other, whether in superhero costume or not and when they'll fight Darkseid, his Elite and the Parademons. And then I haven't even talked about the possible usage of more IMAX..
    I truly think that we're once again in for something special coming from the DCEU. I am thrilled that they are starting principal photography this monday and the mere idea that we very well might get to see the Justice League together on photo for the first time excites me tremendously!

  They might only surmise that he's dead. They could still have him come back and say that he was mistaken to have been killed but was trapped by rubble following his reporting of the Doomsday fight. I think Perry White knows at this point, especially when Lois wanted to go to the BvS fight saying that she didn't want to go for a story. Perry seemed to understand. I don't know. They may just toss the whole superhero trope out the window with Superman and go all sci-fi movie with it and have his home be the Fortress of Solitude.

I actually think the JL shooting in terms of timing couldn't be better. Like a sports team going a goal down early on, (I know bit of a mental hypothesis) the crew will wanna raise their performance, take it to the next level.
