Last night the cast of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice took over Conan. Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Amy Adams, Jesse Eisenberg, Diane Lane, Laurence Fishburne, Holly Hunter, and Zack Snyder were all there. The cast all had great chemistry together. Check out some of the highlights below.

Watched this ep last night. Jesse Eisenberg is legitimately one of the funniest people in interviews. Laughed out loud a couple of times.

I love the cast. Another reason I want this movie to cross the $1 billion mark :)

Henry Cavill is such a charismatic and funny guy in real life, and its such a shame Snyder treated him in such a piss poor way as a character on screen. He really deserves a better direction and script for the character.

So Deadline's predicting BvS sales will drop off a cliff this weekend. Hope it's not true:

I will be going to see it again today, with my son.

the thing that bothers me is people saying jesse didn't have much. but i thought that was one of the most interesting performances... you can see how he (lex) tries to memorise his speeches and when he gets them wrong how frustrated he gets. and he doesn't let things go. like how he forces the "you know what's the oldest lie in America" twice. he has to get that line in because he prepped for it and senator interrupts him and it gets on his nerves. i got this sense that he's trying to control these issues he's got and sometimes it comes out, and he gets upset. it's dark. and a great place to start. it also leaves room for evolution. and an interesting one if given the time.

i loved this interpretation of lex. thought it was funny and deep. what would be even more awesome would be if they used his time in prison for him to become hard. if they made jesse go through mark twight training for the next sequel and he begins to master himself more...he becomes more in control of his speech, stronger and that's because of his stint in prison. like how some people start to lift weights in jail. it'd be a good shout out to all star superman. and, in my mind, a great challenge for jesse as well. and have great shock impact.

Ok. I just saw the movie for the second time and I can firmly say I enjoyed it soooo much more the second time!!! I can't say exactly what it was that bugged me so much the first time. Perhaps my unrealistic expectations, how late is was, the crowd I was with but for sure I was nitpicking the hell out of it. However, the second time around I gave myself some time and let go a bit and it was a much more fun experience. Looking forward to the return of Superman and the JL!!!

you know what?
I feel so motherfucking bad for affleck. This dude is working his ass off and hell he gave us the bad ass fucking batman ever. iI you compare his motherfucking performance to the others then just damn, its like he is the only one working with some fucking amateurs (lex you fcking white bastard whipe your nose!) who could have done way better especially not acting like the motherfcking riddler! .Henry cavill bring some fcking joy to your character! Dude they fcking killed you off and didnt gave a shit! That shouldn't happen! Your the strongest fcking character there is and you´re just gonna deal with it?? I could go on and on but do you know what the mayor problem is?You Motherfuckers should focus on making a good movie without setting other shit up! If the movie is good then make a fcking sequel but you only focus on a sequel! Why would anyone go to the sequel if the first part doesnt make any sense and it fcking sucks?! WHAT THE FUCK ZACK SNYDER YOU HAD 3 FCKING YEARS AND THIS WAS THE BEST YOU COME UP WITH??????

You seem a little upset, I get it. All I can say is this, by the end of 2017 you'll have a SS, WW and JL movie, it's gonna get better. And just think if during that time WB announced a stand alone Batman written and directed by Ben that would come out on the same year as JL2. Wouldn't that be great? Let's hope for improvement, I believe the DCEU will improve and become not only what we need but what we deserve as DC and comic book fans.

Hm...I think the whole cast gave their stellar performance. I admit I'm not a big fan of Jesse Eisenberg's Lex Luthor, but he did well with what he was given. Also, Zack did the best he could and even if it didn't meet our expectation, there's still no need to condemn the guy

I see him like a two sided coin. On the one side he is awesome for comic book movies adaptions, like watchmen or man of steel but sometimes he just goes a little bit over the top. I think iam just way to pissed about the whole doomsday thing at the end

But incredibly smart!

I wish Superman landed a single punch. But hey that's WB.

Notice I said
LANDED A SINGLE PUNCH
Not "threw a single punch"The Kryptonite was clearly wearing off after the first grenade and Superman had multiple chances to strike him or tear his armor to shreds while he was powering up. And instead he threw him through a wall and pushed him through a floor. Doing no actual damage to Bruce, just shattering his mask. It was clear that Snyder, Terrio, and Goyer sacrificed logic and consistency to have Batman pull a win. Despite clearly being in the wrong the whole fight.

I recall the EW mag stating that the suit was made of Kryptonite. But that doesn't change that Clark was clearly powering up in the middle of the fight. The amount of Kryptonite on his suit wasn't making much of an impact since Clark was ragdolling him before he caught the grenade. So when he recovered it was dumb that he didn't take advantage of his powers especially when his mother's life is on the line. And I get that they can't just make Superman punch him in the ribs and have it be over with, but Superman didn't do any real damage to Bruce. That's ridiculous. The guy fought an alien with powers well beyond his and came out without a scratch on his body. Superman didn't even try to get him in a headlock or pin him.
The suit being made of lead doesn't mean Clark couldn't pull the armored plating off or at least try. This is Superman were talking about.0 likes

I wish there were more people like you who truly visually appreciated films shot with IMAX cameras and the joy in experiencing them on the biggest screens with IMAX technology. People often tell me I senselessly spend too much money watching movies in imax and how much cheaper it is in regular theaters. I have no answer for them.

I can't get over how built Gal Gadot has become. She may not look like Gina Carano but damn she put on some serious muscle for her frame. Just look at her!

She nailed it in BvS. Incredibly excited for her own film! She looks GORGEOUS

Absolutely. She's been working really hard. I saw an interview with her where they were discussing fans not liking her physique and she said that she's worked really hard to get into shape and when she looks back at her previous pics she doesn't like what she sees. She feels a lot stronger and better now.

2nd WRITE THRU NOON UPDATE: Typically, the majors have wide releases previewing on Thursday night, but not this weekend. Hence, Warner Bros.’ Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice remains the big guy again at the B.O. with a second session that’s estimated at $61M,

Yeah, showing that image of Affleck and Lane from Hollywood Land, wasn't awkward at all. LOL Great interview. Snyder's gotta allow his cast to show off their "fun" charisma, in future movies.

I think something Joker related may be coming later on today. They've been pushing Joker hard on Twitter and snapchat with the #jokerwashere and the joker snapchat filter

They are real tattoos, he is taking the role very seriously

If I'm not mistaken, he had those tattoos way before he was cast, but Zack built the character to include his tattoos.

No. He has only one tattoo on his left under arm. The rest are fake for his aquaman

I heard they had trouble getting him out of his Aquaman costume for his scene in BvS. I already picture him running off with the costume on lol
Aquamoa is going to be amazing, cannot wait to see him in Justice League

I completely agree. I've been on board with this since day one and I think he's going to awesome.

Gotta love Jesse and his humor.
I like his Lex for what it was. Would I have made it like that? No. If you ask me I'd choose Billy Zane as Lex and literally tell him "Go watch some JL animated episodes".
But I get what they were going for, and Jesse was great.0 likes
The motivation is in there and quite clear actually. He just doesn't spell it out.

OK, the Daily Mail has pics of Gal filming in Italy yesterday... so how did she appear on Conan's show in Los Angeles? This is weird.

Over the years, Lex has been portrayed very differently in the comics. He wasn't always that suave businessman. Sometimes he was a mad scientist, for instance.
