on Lex Luthor gives Superman a pep talk in new 'Batman v Superman' clip

Jesse Eisenberg was a guest on Good Morning America this morning, and he brought a new clip from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. In it, Lex Luthor can be seen giving Superman a pep talk, right before his big fight with Batman.

Eisenberg spoke about how he had to cover his head when walking to the set because of how secretive the movie was. He also explained that he's one of those actors that doesn't watch his own movies. So he hasn't seen Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice yet, and probably never will!

      That entire clip was a spoiler. We didn't know that dialogue in full context and we never knew he was the one who set up the fight between Batman & Superman. If you don't want to get spoiled, I'd advise against watching anymore clips.

    at first I thought Lex said, "and now, you will fly to Heaven and you will battle Him". I was like False God v Real God? THAT'S a fight I wanna see. Team Supes

    Interesting. So he sets up the fight between them. Didn't know that. Did he kidnap Lois or something? Why else would Supes agree to him? Anyway, That entire clip was a spoiler. We didn't know that dialogue in full context and we never knew he was the one who set up the fight between Batman & Superman. If you don't want to get spoiled, I'd advise against watching anymore clips. It's probably only going to more spoilerific from here on out as they release more clips.

      Maybe, but remember that scene in the trailer where Lex is talking to her? It looks exactly like this location, so I'm still inclined to believe it's Lois.

        I think Lois is going to die. It would make Supes mad and create that bond between him and Batman in the end, as they both lost those most important ones.

    Going to see the movie on 23rd and I'd say my hype level is somewhere around 15K. Over 9000 for sure anyway.

    My guess is the Flash. An intelligent smart ass type. Ezra Miller seems to be pretty similar to Jesse but Ezra seems to have a better sense of humor and playfulness.

    Please enough with the clips already. Why do all the new movies always go so overboard with spots and clips right before the movie comes out. I don´t want to see that stuff before I am sitting in the cinema. 2 or 3 trailers are fine to tide us over but then it really should be enough. Do we really need entire scenes presented on a computer screen in youtube quality which are completely taken out of context instead of seeing them in the movie on the big screen where they belong?

      1) This was far from an entire scene and even then it is kind of out of context which prevents it from being too much of a spoiler.

      2) Don't watch it is not that difficult

            Just don't do it man, be strong. I'm lucky enough to be seeing it Monday at IMAX, until then I'm not watching anymore clips. They're great and they make me so excited but I don't wanna see anymore off the movie screen

    The dialogue is not good in that scene, and the acting was just too over the top. And also arent they giving away a key plot point with this clip?

      Well they basically revealed that lex luthor manipulates superman into fighting batman. And for me the whole Eisenberg speech sounds a little schumacherish, and superman mean mugging is a little overacted

      Yeah, there were several press screenings as they're promoting the film around the world now. I have tickets to the NY premiere next week and opening day morning tickets in 4D.

    I was extremely skeptical of Jesse as Lex. I just could't see it. I was more on board with Gal than Jesse even though he is an amazing actor. Well boy was I wrong. I have gone from wanting to see Superman and Batman on the big screen to actually kinda wanting to see this guy even more. He looks amazing. He reminds me of Birthright Lex. Awkward in public and a psychopath behind closed doors.
