       I disagree. Much like at the end of MoS, this is going to weigh heavily on him, adding depth to the character. Plus, it's an unusual twist. Tradition demands that a good guy doesn't kill in cold blood. It's nice to see it shaken once in a while.

    Gordon's supposed to be more of a good guy. Having him shoot and APPARENTLY? kill Galavan in "cold" blood, was an unnecessary move by the producers and writers. But Michael Keaton's Batman killed unnecessarily as well, so I'm "cool" with it. It's just another version of a character. No big deal. I'll assume that Leslie Thompkins is pregnant with James Gordon Jr., and NOT Barbara Gordon.

    I loved the team-up. Penguin's actually a really nice guy when he wants to be. Didn't think he'd just let Gordon run off with Lee like that. And that was a really nice thing Bruce did for Silver. I thought the editors were being cheeky and adding in that "I love you" part in the trailer, but I really liked the way it was done... at least, I'm happy they didn't "dumb" him down for this ep. Am glad that Alfred and Selina are better around each other now. But I would really like to see how Gordon explains his way out of Galavan's death. Wonder if all the blame is going to go to the Penguin. The only part that annoyed me was how soon full-fledged Mr Freeze was introduced in the series. Wish they'd gone waaaay slower with him. And Nygma's antics at the GCPD got a bit cartoony after a while. Also... I hope they don't rez Galavan. Or at least rez Jerome first.

    I used to love the character of James Gordon in the first season. A man that really believes in his soul that a city as corrupt as Gotham can be saved by the way of the law. The law may not always be what represents justice, but Gordon's commitment to it made me respect him a lot. Made it seem like having a vigilante to take justice into his own hands to be the wrong way to take. Now, I don't even now this guy, he fell and crashed hard for me. From all the episodes that I watched of Gotham, I think I can say that I overall hated this one.

    Why the hell is everyone so freaked out when our heros kill? It happens. Sometimes good guys have to kill bad guys to make life safe for us. Goes back to the old west! I had NO problem with Keatons Batman killing the circus freaks in Batman Returns, nor did I have a problem with Superman Killing Zod. It was Zod or the family. Superman made the right choice. As for Gordon last night. He knows how the system in Gotham works, and saw what happened. Galavan had to die, or he would be back out there causing more death.
